I just got a gameboy emulator with Pokemon yellow.

Cool.

BTW, Pokemon Yellow was my first Pokemon game. Ahh, the memories. I remember once I had to take a bath, but I was in the middle of the Brock battle, so I asked Mom to cover for me, and ya know what? She beat Brock for me. :3 Moms are cool.

I give my Pokemon weird nicknames.  Here's my team as of right now:

Actually, I can't work a save state, apparently, so I never saved the game.  I'll post an update later

Rival (nicknamed Ndldick, short for Needledick.  yeah, I'm mature.)

Ever since I can remember, I've always named my Pikachu on Yellow "Blueberry". I don't know why.

GG, you have the awesomest mother ever. The only games my mother could ever play better than me were Dr.Mario and Tetris.

My starter on PMD is named Kojinka
Seel: Spazio (a running Mario gag mashed with an inside Mario joke)
I nicknamed the legendary bird trio what I've always named them: Aurtona (Articuno), Zadonu (Zapdos), and Makoshi (Moltres) But I didn't give Suicune its usual Aquius nickname, and I'm not gonna give Entei its usual Pyroshi nickname.
Torkal: Koopa
Weedle: Wiggler
Sentret: Tanooki
Growlithe: Growly

Anyway, who do you think Ash's father is?  I personally think it's Giovanni.  Either that or dead.

I resurrected my game, and caught a couple new Pokemon.

Here's the list:

Pikachu Lv. 13 (Nickname: Shockrat.)

Butterfree Lv. 14(Raised from a Caterpie)

Zubat Lv. 7 (Nicknamed Batman)

Pidgey Lv. 9(Nicknamed Easyrider)

And that's about it.  I only played for about 3 hours.

Funny you shoul mention that. There have been references to real animal games in the games and TV series, but we never see any. What's up with that?

Yeah, they should make a game called "The Real Pokemon Safari."  It would be a game where you hunt certain kinds of Pokemon, not to be mean or anything, just for sport.
