I'm surprised no one mentioned the evolution thing before.
I always figured "Time to tip the scales" was Wario's everyday motto.

Hmm... does that mean that people in the Pokemon world were descended from Primapes? XD It would explain Misty's temper.

Actually, the chain of life in the Pokemon world baffles the heck outta me. How can they compare Pokemon to regular animals if there aren't any regular animals!?

Actually, I remember an episode with Ash fishing and saying something like, "It was probably just a bottomfeeder, like a catfish." Also, there was an episode where normal fish can be seen swimming outside the window of a submarine.

I remember avoiding the show like the plague. Wait, that's still true.

Still the games reference regular animals, yet there are none to be found. What gives?

I think they're just trying to give the player an accurate description, regardless of whether or not it makes sense ingame. Remember, the first games also describe Mario and Wario at one point, which would have been nonsense to any Americans who hadn't played the game. They probably just wanted to avoid further confusion.

I think she meant how one SNES in Red/Blue mentioned Mario having a bucket on his head.
Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

Heehee, SNESes. Didn't Gold and Silver have N64s in some houses? Why were there no hardcore gamers with all the systems?
Edit: Of course, with Mystery Gift you could get a NES, SNES, or N64, but not all in the room at one time.

Man, Mystery Gift used to have a purpose. Now it's just for getting promotional items that allow access to Lugia, Ho-oh, Deoxys, and Mew.
