Pretty sure Weegee has some.

There's one in the Slowpoke well. You need Surf/Strength if I recall correctly.

Bulbapedia says that King's Rocks may be held by wild Slowbros and Poliwhirls, bought with Pokeathlon points on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays, or found by a lv.11-30 Pokemon with Pickup. There's also one in Slowpoke Well.

...that's it? The new series is Pokemon Black and Pokemon White? Well that's lame. It'd work if Black had only dark evil Pokemon and white had only holy goody-two-shoes Pokemon, but I'm betting that's not it.

At first I thought someone was making a Pokemon version of Lionhead's "Black & White".
