To completely answer your question see my previous post. If that doesn't help push the Windows key, then "U", and ENTER. If that doesn't work either then stare into your now black monitor and say Mr. Face five times. For this to work properly it must be at night and in the dark. Oh, be sure to have a length of chain and a few slices of bread handy.
