If any of you heard... yesterday,September 11, 2001 the Word Trade Center in New York was destroyed by 2 hijacked planes, flown by a group of terrorists... President Bush announced at a conference that he woulddo whatever means neccesary to "bring these cowards to justice." In other words, the United States would go to war... I believe this cowardly act against or country was one of the most horrifying acts of terrorism since the Pearl Harbor bombing in World War 2...

Which is why I'm surprised this topic wasn't posted yesterday. On one other forum a topic like this literally went up to almost 200 posts in one day.
You didn't say wot wot.

Here, in Argentina, the first thing that pops out in your mind is: 'U.S., uh? Who cares. They deserve it. They ****ed up almost every country on the world and they are still doing it. They dropped bombs on Bagdad and no one said nothing. Come on!, they sure deserve it. They dropped H-bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Their C.I.A. helped the Army of many many Latin-American countries to reach the 'Presidence', and then started talkin' about how idiots and mean Latinamericans were for having an Army on the Presidence. So, **** the U.S. They are a bad country'.
Then you remember that your ex-president is currently in jail, waiting to go to the Court under the charges of selling weapons to Croatia and other countries in war. And you start to get a little perspective.
More than 10.000 persons died for sure. Some numbers talk about more than 5 thousand people. And they were innocent.
None of them dropped bombs on Japan, none of them dropped bombs on Bagdad, none of them helped Armies to rule several countries. Probably, a lot even weren't Americans.
I myself didn't sell any weapon to Croatia. Who did? GOVERNMENT. People we choose for ruling on us. People we choose for protect us.
The flag doesn't matter. A mother****er of the government here is as mother****er as a mother****er from the U.S. That's here and in Mars. (The same thing may apply to most rich people)
That people don't care how many people die, but how much money they have in their wallet. That people will make you believe anything they want you to believe if that makes you give them money or power.
For using an American example, everyone (they) always hated black people. Racism. You get the idea. But then, whoa, Viet-nam War: Go die in the war, black dude! You are as American as I am! Go there and prove it! Die in a war that doesn't belong to our country so I get more money! Go on!
-insert diabolic laugh here-
Get it?
The point is: blame Bush, or whoever who did bad things to others. He may not be responsable of the death of many people in the U.S. ... But what about the mid-East?
And now he wants to send you to war. Haha. Good President you have. Nice guy. What is next? World War III? Nuclear attacks? How many people is going to die on the next months/years? None of the guilty people, for sure. No matter how many soldiers die at war, none of them dropped bombs on New York, nor Bagdad.
Try to get things right. It's hard, I know. It's even harder when you feel punched and anger. But is something one has to do. Who nows where the next bomb is gonna be dropped, or who's gonna die first.
There's no such thing as 'country'. Please don't start with your well-known American patriotism. If there is one thing the Argentina Republic has in common with the United States of North America, it's
the patriotism. But i'm starting to think that patriotism is something made-up by the same people who want us to give them our votes and money and want us to die in war for them.(the War have been used as a distraction for the People so many times that is almost a cliché now. For one example, you have the Malvinas-Falklands war -Argentinians stopped complaining about the Dictature and Englishs stopped complaining about low payments, just to kill each other-).
I mean, patriotism is O.K. if it makes all us UNITE, not (god), not KILL EACH OTHER!!
Do you know why the Socialism (yeah, I know: socialism, bad, red, not red, blue and white, bla, bla, bla: stop with that please, comunism may be wrong or evil but socialism is as bad as any other government policy), I repeat, (my '()'s are too long, I know) do you know why the Socialism was such a hit on the world? The shout 'WORKERS OF THE WORLD, UNITE!!' had a point. An Asian opressed worker had much more in common with an African oppressed worker than with an Asian rich-oppressor guy.
Things like Goodness, Evil, Money, Power, Emotions, are stronger than countries, patriotism and flags. Oh, they so are...
So, where am I going? Be very carefull with what you hear and say and with the people you support. keep in mind who's fuc.king who.
Now, you Bush said 'coward attack', he said 'we're gonna punnish them'. Wasn't it coward to drop A.I. bombs and rockets on the mid-east? Isn't himself guilty of the death of many citizens? Coward attack? A guy killing himself on a plane, crashing against the Pentagon, considered an unreachable place, of the most powerful country on the planet? More coward than a guy pressing a button? Wake up, Bush is lying and knows it.

Now, that was just a 'war tactics insight', if you wanna call it that way. Please, get what I say. I'm not saying that terrorism is good or anything.
At the end, I just feel sorry for all the people that have died. Seriously. After all, I liked New York, through the movies and such, and technicly I'm closer to N.Y. than Bagdad (yeah, right. Like if americans cared so much when WE die). Back to the subject, lots of innocent persons have died. :-(.
I kinda hate this world sometimes...
The good thing (I hope) is that, here we are: young people of the world, chatting, wishing a better place for anyone. Let's try to have that in mind in the future, when we grow up and become 'real' Americans and Argentinians, and that way, maybe a bit more far away from each other.
Let us remember: getting farer to people like us and closer to people who wants to cheat us to give them power, using arguments as patriotism, race differencies, etcetera: BAD MOVE.

Hope you get this straight and hope this serves you for something. If you have reached this point, thank you; I know it was long, but so I hope it was worth it.
Thanks.

your full of it yago. WW3? whos going to side with terrorist? How is fighting back cowardly as compared to what they did? We bomb a few countrys but we never did anything that wasn't nessicary ( excludeing veitnam ). I don't want war cause I don't want to worry about my dad going in to fight since he's a major in our army, but war may, MAY be our only choice. If we don't bomb the country that did this then alls were doing is takeing this lieing down, and I sure as hell know that thats not the way we Americans handle things, I don't know about your country. We have to bomb the source to show terriorest we are not afriad and we will fight back and we will win!!!

Canada, Britian, Russia, China and alot of lesser countrys are behind USA.  Didnt you hear.  Your president thanked them for helping in whatever way they could.  America is not going into any war alone, or aginst the whole world alone.  Oh no, if its gonna ba a war, i bet it will be the world agaist thoses Palestianians.  No body wants Terrorism.  Thats why we all need to join together and fight it.  Heck i was angry, sad, confused and a whole lot of other stuff when i saw those forigens cheering and clapping in Palestian or where evre.  they think it was good to do what they did.

Mark my words.  US will not take this lightly, never has something this remarkable happened since Pearl Harbour.  And we all know what happened then.  Canada is on the Americans side, thats for sure.

With thoughts like that, no wonder why U.S. will go to war...
I can understand that you're anger and confused, but still... Listen to what you said:
"yeah, we bomb some countries, but..." Yeah, right. An innocent Bagdad dying, is less than a N.Y. guy dying. Right.
"war may be the only answer (...) sure we won't be alone..." World War III, welcome!
"...Pearl Harbor..." Pearl Harbor: the government KNEW that it was gonna be attacked, but Roosevelt had promise that U.S. wouldn't go into WWII unless it was attacked... Besides, angered people go to war (snaps fingers: SNAP!) like that.
"...that's how Americans handle things, I don't know about your country..." **** you. Get it? **** you. I was being nice to you, and what do I get? Racism. Your stupid, well-known American racism. Now, i would have DOZENS of reasons to hate you if I just guide by the colour of your flag, but I like to think that people, governments and countries aren't the same. ***** you. I'm not going to argue with you; a man with that kind of closed-mind just doesn't deserve it.
I just hope that that was your pain talking. 'cause you were really mean.
Oh and- What's the meaning of 'full of it'?
--
btw, we gotta stop posting the same in both topics.
btw 2: I didn't finish the Canadian guy thing, but i got it was about how good are the U.S. HA! And again: HA! Every country in the world has soooo many reasons to hate the U.S. ... They were really mean most times.
(so did most countries... the thing is, more power bad people has, badder are the things they do... but no doubt any other country (including mine) in that position, with so many power, would act the same way. My theory is, most times government is mean, no matter the country.

ok let me just clear things up. I'm not going to apologize for anything that I said at all. What you siad was just as racist as mine, though I'm not trying to be racist ts just a very patriotic time for americans, and before you bash something finish reading it. All the countrys ( well thats not fair, most I should say ) are very ungrateful to the U.S. We are FAR from perfect, we may never ever reach perfection, but we are still the best. And as for WW3. Whos going to side with terrrorist, America isn't the only P.O.ed country out there all of NATO is P.O.ed. I'm not out here to offend you yago thats not my goal, not at all, nor am I racist, (what you said was pretty racy to) but I stand by my country and against anyone who insults it.

well spoken GhettoMario.

On a different note I don't see this being WW3 seeing as how its everyone versus terrorist. Were not going to just bomb palastine anyway unless they help the terrorist. When I say help I mean let them stay in palastine and not do a d@mn thing about it. If they fight against the terrorist then we have no reason to attack, if the terrorist go no were near palastine and palastine does nothing then thats ok to. We just want to end terrorism, is that a bad thing? I'm sorry if I offened any people in other countrys, but I won't take back what I said. I am not, however, insulting foreigners (sp?). They are Americans to and should not be punished becaues they came from there. No siry bob. I'm mad at those who insult our country after all we did for them ( am I patriotic enough :) ) and those who celebrated the crash. What the terrorist did was unspeakable. I understand that innocent live is the price to pay when it comes to war, and if it were up to me there would be no war, heck there would only be one country, all men equal no man more powerful then anyone else kind of thing. anyway back to the point, what they did was downright cowardly they didn't even have the b@lls to admit it, thats what angers me the most. Tell me that it was not a cowardly act, at lest we americans have reason to do stuff like that ( excludeing vietnam ).
Now saying we are evil is not fair. We have to be the most forgiving, and giving country out there. Wasn't to long when Germany and Japan were our greatest evil, now were best friends. Germany will always be there to back up the U.S. and the same for us to them. As for the Japanesse? Our reltaionship couldn't be better. What really warms my heart is when i see the Japanesse paying respect to those who died in Pearl Harbor along with us. As I type this a tear of pride is coming out of my eyes, yet also a tear of sadness. When France was in danger of collapsing we were the ones who saved them, and what did we get back? Insults on the street of Paris. Yeah we must be evil to go out of our way to help other countrys, hu? We may have our mistakes but what we did to other countrys I think more then made up for them. So quit complaining. We Americans deserve what happened? HA! Even we give to other countrys and we desrve this? I'm am so happy to see that those of NATO and others our on our side. Becuase this is not just a scar on America this was an evil and cowardly act and they will pay.

as thankful as I am that you agree mario maniac please keep in mind I'm here to insult or start a flame war, I am simply standing up for my country. Hopefully this is the last time I say anything cause I really don't want this to drag on and on cause I don't hate you yago I just think some of the things you said were down right hertful and mean. When I said I don't know about yor country I simply meant I don't know how your country would handle such a thing, weather they'd take it lieing down or fight back. What you said was far more racist then anything I ever said, actually I didn't say anything racist at all. Weather you hate America or not should not matter, what the terrorist did was dow right cowardly no matter how you put it. If it wasn't cowardly then they would announce that they did it and/or use there own ships instead of hijakeing ors. I think thats what got Americans angry was the fact that theyd used our plans, sacrafiste (sp) 10,000 people ( which I'm sure was alot more then the Bagdahd (sp? if so I'm sorry )bombing you've been throwing at us ), and that they didn't have the b@lls to admit it. Sorry for the profanity I've been useing lately but right now I can care less. America as you know isn't the only angry country. Please understand that if something like that happened in your country we would be there to help. We've been helping so many countrys and have gotten grief, thts why I'm happy to hear that so many countrys are standing by us. I understand innocent lives are the price to pay when it comes to war, but this was inexcuseable seeing as how we didn't do anything to him, and the only crime those people were doing was working to feed there familys. i don't want to see any countrys bombed but I do want to see who ever did this get punished for what he did, and if it means bombing the country that supports him, then we really have no choice. This isn't just for vengence this is to get rid of terrorism so none this can happen this country or any other. So you can take that word racist and shove it, cause all I said is the truth, and I am shocked to hear you say something like that yago, I expected better from you and every body.
