I think more people are buying Xbox Live because they already have PlayStation online.  And I always thought the DS stood for "Double Screen", not "Developer System."

Aren't the Linoleum Ore and the Helmet Turtle supposed to smith to make the Linoleum Helmet Turtle or something?  I can't get them to smith together.

Also, I've got some items on sale for whoever wants them.  Let's see...

Item               Power Effects         Price (no less than)
------------------ ----- --------------- --------------------
Spooky Staff       30    +3 Mysticality  60
Meatloaf Helmet    55    none            180
White Picket Fence -     use at campsite 50

I'll get more stuff in my "shop" later.  Also, you can tell me what you need and I'll see if I can get it.

Edit:  More stuff has been added.

I think this about sums up your feelings Mario Maniac:
You would buy the Xbox 2 for 14¢ if someone gave you the money.

HOW TO GET 73 1/2 SHINES

First, start up a game of SM64.  Start a new game and get 73 stars in less than 2 hours.  Then shut off your game and take it out of the N64.  Smash it into tiny pieces with a sledge hammer.  Put your SMS disk into the GameCube, but before you close it, sprinkle all the little pieces of the SM64 cartridge on top of the SMS disk.  Then close the GameCube and turn it on.  When the title screen pops up for SMS, you should have a saved file with 73 stars.  Start the file and it will act like you started a new game and you get to fight the first piranha on the airstrip.  But when you get the shine, it will say you have 73 1/2 shines!  Then the next shine you get will raise your total up to 74!  Then, you can beat the game like normal except at the end, when Bowser explains to his son about Peach, Bowser Jr. says, "I know Peach isn't my mother.  But some day, ... I want to find that half-shine again!"

How do you drive while facing behind your car?  Such a bad viewpoint.

And I also don't think it's such a good idea to have a Power button right next to the ABXY buttons.

Mario Chat / Re: 'Super Mario RPG 5': Development Speculation
« on: May 12, 2004, 09:54:31 AM »
I would be happy if they came out with a game called "Super Mario RPG 2" instead of something like "Paper Mario 3".  I really hope Geno comes back, he was a great character.  I hope Bowser isn't the main villian, though I wouldn't mind if he was fighting Mario in the beginning, like in SMRPG.  I also think SMRPG2 should build on the idea of Smithy and where he came from.  The original SMRPG didn't really tell much about Smithy other than he wrecked the Star Road.  It would also be nice if Luigi were in the game, too.

Speculated.
