I haven't played Super Mario Galaxy, but even if I had, I might not vote for it. Yeah, I've heard the music on YouTube. Somehow seems different from usual Mario fare (besides that it's orchestrated), like maybe it doesn't belong. Doesn't change that it's good, but... something's missing. Can't vote for Smash Bros. Brawl either since that's not out yet, although the Mario tunes there are the best I've ever heard.

So I'll say Super Mario RPG.

Super Mario Galaxy probably has to win. Super Mario RPG is a very close contender. I think I may be undecided.

Super Mario Galaxy. Most Mario games have nice tunes, but SMG stands out.

SMG final bowser was good music. SMG had some of the best music. But yoshis island final bowser battle was the best

I really like Super Mario Sunshine's soundtrack. Sure it's not as epic as Super Mario Galaxy, but it manages to set the mood for each and every stage you're in, even though they all share very similar themes.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

Oooh, tough decision.

SMB3 had some goovy Latin overworld music.

But Galaxy had a sweet remix of the SMB overworld theme (go to Toy Time Galaxy).
People who like video games should also like Nintendo. People who don't like Nintendo obviously don't like video games.
