Best: Yoshi (Luigi comes at a close second)
Worst: Baby Daisy (They could've used Baby Wario, or Baby DK, but noooo, they had to INTRODUCE a NEW character for a FREAKING SPINOFF.  Waluigi was enough!  At least he has potential.)

Best: Luigi

Worst: Can't decide, sorry.
The Mario series is the best! It has every genre in video games but RTS'! It also has a plumber who does different roles, a princess, and a lot of odd creatures who don't seem to poop!

Best: Yoshi. Always Yoshi.

Worst: I've never played Mario Superstar Slugger or whatever that baseball game is (or whatever the most recent one is)... but Baby Daisy would drive me up a wall. Baby Daisy. And if not that, I'd say Donkey Kong because I don't like monkeys (unless it's the DKC series where I have no choice).
You didn't say wot wot.

Best: Toad (the one Toad, not the entire race). He may not be the best jumper, but he's got more than enough speed and strength to make up for it, and he's always willing to help out the Bros time and again when help is needed. An honorable mention goes to the Hammer Bro from MP8. WHile his voice was kind of annoying (listen to him taunt), it is great to see classic playable characters like him in instead of abominations like Petey Pirahna (let us hope he is never playable in MP).

Worst: While they are not neccesarily the worst, I have to collectivley say the baby characters. I don't like that baby characters appear in the same game as adult characters (except for when the story calls for it, like PiT). If we wanted to play as Mario, we would use Mario, not baby Mario, you know. If I can't vote for all of the baby characters, then just put baby Daisy in that spot for me (quiet unneccesary). A horrible mention goes to Blooper's appearance in MP8. While it is great to see classic playable characters like that, I sort of thought Blooper was kind of a stupid choice. I don't know why, but I felt rather silly playing as him after unlocking him. On the upside, at least it wasn't Petey..

Nominee: Can I vote for both 2D and Mario Sports? If not, just Sports.
Kinopio is the ultimate video game character! Who else can drive a kart, host parties, play tennis, give good advice and items, and is almost always happy??

Best: Yoshi.
Worst: Toadette. GRRR

Waluigi gets no love. He may not be best, but he's certainly not worst!
If she is indeed genetically mutated such that she has an eye in the back of her head, then I guess that she is genetically mutated and has an eye in the back of her head.

This is a tough one.  In Mario Bros. games that give Mario and Luigi different ability I always go with Luigi.  In Mario Kart games I like Dry Bones.  Yoshi games are cool.  In Mario RPGs I like Bowser; particularly the 2D levels.  Toad is bad in SMB2 though pretty good in Mario Kart.

Best:  Luigi, Dry Bones, Bowser, and Yoshi.

Worst:  Toad, Baby Daisy.

That's do for now.  I'll let you know if I can narrow it down.

Time is repeating itself. Why you say? Look at the Wii and NES and you'll know why.

Not really. They were never playable as far as I know.

As for Waluigi, he's fun to ridicule. That makes him worth something. He's above Birdo and Daisy in my book, anyway. But he's not Yoshi or Wario.

Best: Rosalina, because I'm a Rosalina fanboy and no one has brought her up yet, though she's only been playable in one game so far. Second choice would be Dry Bones, who has become my favorite playable grunt.

Worst: Petey Piranha. Waluigi and his fanbase are annoying to encounter, but at least he's not a worthless boss who for some unknown reason got handpicked to appear in every Mario spin-off since his debut. Thankfully he's absent from Mario Kart Wii.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

Best: Settling for the Man in Green...Luigi, I choose you!
Worst: I'll have to say Wario - I just don't get the appeal, and really wonder how the heck he ever made it out of Super Mario Land 2 sometimes! :P

What I like about Wario is how purely wacky he is. Like, as long as he's laughing with or at someone or something, there is nothing he could say that wouldn't feel right. Like,

"Hey Luigi! I hear you dry yourself off after you take showers! Aaaaahhhhahahahaha!!!"

Though I could have made myself feel this way after several rounds of Smash where I try to imitate his voice and I just keep going on and on about stupid stuff.

My friend and I did that once.  I played as Luigi in the Waluigi color scheme, and she was classic attire Wario.  It was kind of like roleplaying with the two of us arguing with each other in our Wario/Waluigi voices.

Actually, if DK weren't so fun to play as in SSB, I would hate him, too...  Nothing personal, I just hate monkeys/apes/gorillas.

Even though he is my namesake and my favorite bro. I'm going with Yoshi on this one since I like Yoshi's exclusive games better than Luigi's.

Nintendoobsessed, my vote for worst went to Petey Piranha, yet he's not on that list. Waluigi was only used for a comparison, not my vote.
