I heard a rumor about a new Mario cartoon.Is it true?If yes,which channel and when?

I heard the mario cartoons will premere between February and March. There's a 90 % chance it'll be on fox familly.

Unused Paper Mario Items That Are Really Good

Scissors- a reusable battle item that take out half HP, and the then clones them. (i.e. 100HP gets cut down to 50HP, then another enemy of the same type sprouts up and has 25HP, and so does the original.
Value: 399 coins

Water: Insantly kills 1 or more enemies. Value: 500 coins.

Firey Torch: Sets 1 enemy on fire, therefore, they lose an eighth of their max HP each time for 5 times in a row.
Value: 250 coins

Pin: takes out 25% of someone's HP
Value: 100 coins

Koopa Klaw: Shreds an enemy's FP, HP, and Power (attack and def.) down by 1/2
