Hey, does anyone have or use Winamp 5? It's pretty good, it has some stuff the previous ones didnt, like an Internet TV (dont do it unless you like watching porn) and it can read mp4 files. It makes my Linkin Park mp4s sound good. Yay!

Site Discussion / Why Do I Keep Getting Banned

Yes, why do I keep getting banned in the chatroom, besides for my over-yaying? Megabyte says it's the Chanserv. I sorta doubt it, but I also believe him as well.

You see, OPs, I keep getting the (+b) mark when I try to login to #tmk. I had come in earlier today, and everything was fine. Because of the lack of members talking there, I left, I don't think saying anything. Now, I can't get in because of that (+b) mark. I think you guys are keeping me from being there for certain reasons........

Because lots of you (I think) visit MarioTendo, I would like to tell you that it's back up, but, with a new host. Just go to the original URL, and in big letters, it will say, and will give the new URL. Please go to the new one because it's A LOT better!

And mods, I posted this thread to imform the people who've been to my site and dont know the news. No one even knows about it! So I hope that you guys will come while I tell all my affiliates about the URL change. So it's been hard, plus, the server was down and some other stuff happened......

Eh, but please check it out. Not all the content is in, but the layout is good.

Ok, now that Ive caught your attention, I need some help.

You see, my friend, Yellow Yoshi needs a walkthrough for a game. That game.........
is Yoshi Safari.

Now, if you know a little about it, just write anything! We'll accept anything that you write about Yoshi Safari AS IF IT WERE A WALKTHROUGH-meaning, you would have to give  a description about each level and how to pass it and what not.


To everyone who helps this, you will receive credit for it and will see it on yoshilore.com, maybe mariotendo if you want it for uhhhhh, nm. But it's for YL.


If you do this, I will um, show you a picture that someone made of a Gamecube that looks really good, and I will be good on the forum to everyone for a whole WEEK. What I mean by that is, I wont spam or whatever Ive been doing that gets on people's nerves.


So please help us!


Oh, and dont close or delete this thread. Me and my friend have been looking everywhere for a walkthrough. The one at gamefaqs.com, we've contacted the guy for it, but he never replied, and I guess the smartest Mario site is our last hope, i guess.......

Coming soon is my new gaming website that has info and stuff on all the games. Also, I will have a store in the site that sells layouts and custom made graphics for sites, shirts, logos and more. It will cost actual money, but I will make it cheap for you guys so you can afford it. Im trying to earn money for a mySQL database(which is 5 dollars, lol)

Site Discussion / Pros and Cons of a new Forum

Ok, for a while lately, Ive been complaining about this message board. Well, now, Im going to explain the pros and cons of a new forum.



First of all, if Classicgaming doesnt offer PHP, mySQL, or doesnt let Deezer get another forum, then Im just wasting my time.
Anyways...



Getting a New FOrum


People:
Pro:Most new forums allow you to see a complete member list and see who's online as well as saying the newest registered member. Practically a must for any really popular forum. People want to know who's online so they know they arent posting to themself.
Con:You will not have any of the first members here, like Frostbite or anyone like that, but life goes on. Sometimes, if they see that no one's online(a member), they will just leave and not post, or in a huge poster's case, like me, I would want to post in all the topics herself so that she was the last poster and would let others post and stuff like that.



Avatars
Pro/Con:Many forums let people have avatars. That usually gets out of hand-especially when people start putting them in their signatures (like N-cubed.com, that's why their forums are so screwed up). I guess that's a con too. Maybe these forums support avatars, but Deezer probably turned it off.



Moderation/Administration

Pro: Now I dont know how this forums Admin panel and mod panel is like, but I know it's not as good as the ones today. The admin panels now have lots and lots and lots and lots of customization-ban people, rank names, emoticons, forum layout......

Cons:I dont think there would be any. I mean, isnt more customization better?



The User


Pro: Nowadays, more things have been added for User benifits and their posts. Easy clicking buttons for text links and Bolding and such for non-HTML users, wide variety of emoticons instead of text emoticons(=S) or the four emoticons on this forum... and much more.

COns: People wont be able to go HTML crazy in the forums like use Java or colored scrollbars in these forums, but that's not needed. I cant really think of anything else bad cept that maybe the people might go emoticon crazy, but oh well.



Sheesh! I cant think of anything else at the moment!!! Ill add more pros and cons when i think of it.



Oh, and a good place to see the perfect forum that Im practically is at Lissa Explains it All-HTML Help for Kids Forum



They have 10000 registered people and their forums are run properly as a huge forum with the most up-to-date forum from Bravenet I believe. It's really great(except I hate it because they only talk about HTML with kids). So maybe Deezer can think this over and try getting a forum like THAT. Man, will you have a killer forum!



But the question Im asking is.......


DO CLASSICGAMING GIVE YOU PHP AND A MYSQL DATABASE????

If so, then it would be very cool if you get a new forum. That's all for now...

Site Discussion / Marioguy's Downfall

Once again, the evil marioguy has risin again. He is once again, becoming an evil pest he once was. His immaturity has finally come to an end when he had messed up my website. He had cusses and said the f word many times on my site. He has filled the chat room up I created a few days ago with cussing and his 'killing' madness. I think him and all his counterparts should be banned forever of TMK. He had not kept his promise of being good, so I think we should ban him.

Since he says that he can still come back even if we ban him, there might still be a way to ban him for good, I dont know. I think usually with forums like these, there might be a way to ban people via email address. Ive also heard that you can ban people via IP address, which might keep the person out for good. Besides the point, marioguy is considered 'illegal' in these forums for being underaged(13+ people only).

For an 11 year old, he is saying really REALLY inappropriate things for a Mario fan. I think this is the final straw. No more chances. I say ban him permanetly. I vote YES on banning marioguy, aka sadib100 and probably two other names......
