eggman is almost like a name made to ridicule him yet robotnik still calls himself that
(by the way when I was typing this on the wii i found it funny that nintendo put eggman in their "guessing what word you are going to type in" dictionary, but they didn't put in Robotnik)

Paper Mario
desription: a light character with average stats and a partner always following him
Regular attacks:
a: quickly smashes hammer down
side A: quickly swings hammer to the side
down A: spins hammer around once
up A: swings hammer up once
Aerial attacks:
A: swings hammer in front of him
side A: spins clockwise while holding out hammer
down A: swings hammer below him
up A: swings hammer above him
Smash Attacks:
side A: swings hammer down
down A: quake hammer
up A: charges then swings hammer above him
Special Moves:
side B: spins forward (like from paper mario)
up B: quickly folds up and does a spring jump
B: partner attack
he will randomly start with one of these partners:
Goombella or Goombario: will give info on nearest opponent
Koops or Kooper: will shoot out in front of PM
Bombette or Bobbery: will walk out and explode
Vivian: will pull PM underground for 2 seconds and then he will be vulnerable for 1 second
Watt: he is carried by mario zapping anyone in front of him but mario can't use ay other attack until he presses B again
down B: will switch partner
Final Smash: suggestions?
one last thing: when kirby sucks him up he will look papery and takes mario's partner
