Wiiario, it looks like it's from a Super Mario Galaxy player's guide. But who knows? It does seem sort of suspicious to me as well.

Yeah, I agree with Chup.

It actually reminds me of this fake (It was actually a tribute to the search for Luigi in SM64) http://king-bowser-koopa.deviantart.com/art/Waluigi-in-Super-Mario-64-DS-16743711

But if it is real, it might be like in NSMB, after you beat the game, a code to play as Luigi appears on the screen.

lol, thats old news about him helping you out, but its true about unlocking him :] He jumps a lot higher but its hard to control him when you want to stop jumping >< Im kind of surprised no one has bothered to upload a video of playing as him though, still you have to get 120 to play as him...I just don't see the point if you know how to do everything though >_>

I like how people write to NOA when all they do with games is translate them to English most of the time.

Who you should REALLY email is Nintendo Co. Ltd. over in Japan. I don't think you'd be able to understand their answer, though. =D
