Private Messages. As members, we're not entitled to know the inner workings of the forums, nor decisions made by administrators. What is done is done in the best interest of the forum, and what is told to the members is based upon the good graces of the staff.

If you have such a strong desire to know why he was banned, then Private Message one in charge, instead of further derailing this already irrecoverable thread.

How does one get a custom title? Is it something we (the users) can edit, or do the people in charge just go in and decide what someone's ct should be??

Only mods and admins can give custom titles.
