Perhaps the Bower-battles at each castle are a throwback to the original SMB. And when you lose a life, you hear an updated version of the music that plays when you die in the original SMB. What I'd like to see are screenshots from Worlds 4, 6, 7 and 8. One more thing, have you seen this big giant, purple pirinah that swims around in one of the underwater
levels?

I don't see how you can avoid that thing.

Latest News / could they have borrowed a little from Sonic?

The music in the game sounds better than ever. I saw the video at Nintendo's NSMB page, and it got me wondering if someone got the rope-swinging, wall-climbing idea from the Sonic & Knuckles game for the old Sega Genesis. I used to play that game all the time when I was younger.

Suzaky, where'd you see the new video? When I pull up the site, there is only 1 video on there, and I've already seen it a couple times.

The game looks awesome. The screenshots get better and better! Can't wait to play it. Did anyone see the video at Nintendo.com? In world 1-2, they used the music heard in 1-5 and other stages of SMB3.

The game looks cool with the Giant Mario, but how yould ya kill a Giant Bloober or Cheep Cheep!? I hope there aren't any Giant Rip Van Fish in the game! It'd be pretty bad if you weren't Giant Mario and you swam by a giant RipVanFish and you couldn't go around it. Mommma-mia!
