Do you pronounce it the same way it's pronounced in the movie and cartoons, do you emphasize both syllables or do you have your own way?

I've always said it the way BP does, but when I watched the cartoons, a question came to mind; what is the proper pronunciation?  Has the word ever been voiced in any of the games or by any other official source?

My first Mario experience was watching my neighbor play Super Mario 64, and he would always say "Bomb-ombs".
Ever since then I have kept to this pronunciation, despite the spelling.  It simply sounds strange to me to pronounce it otherwise.
Maybe there is more to me than there is to me...

BAH-bahm or BAHB-ahm; I say it fast enough that I can't really tell which on which syllable I pronounce the second B, but I probably pronounce it the first way since it's easier pronounce syllables that end in a vowel sound than in a consonant sound.

Am I the only one who expected Bob-ombs to be soccer-ball sized?  It was disappointing when Bowser pulled out a dinky, little, tennis Bob-omb.

... Not that that was the biggest disappointment of the movie, but hey.

Hey, the small size, along with the fact that it still packed big punch, is what made the Bob-omb of the movie so awesome.  That movie wasn't all that good, but it does have some redeeming factors.

Why do so many people pronounce it wrong? It's not spelled "bomb-omb". It never was. It's kind of like saying "bomb" but stuttering the first two letters a little.

... in addition to mimicking the sound it makes when it explodes.

*bob-OMB!*

Also, I'm not saying the Bob-omb in the movie wasn't awesome.  I'm saying its size was unexpected, and that made it disappointing.  The smallest they get in the game series is about the size of Mario's head--and Mario's got a pretty big head.

I say Bob-Omg, just how it's spelled... but saying it at normal speeds it sounds like bob-omb with the B from the Bob subtly carried over to Omb, kinda like "Bobomb." Grodus has trouble saying it, heh: "Buh huh huh.."
Formerly quite reasonable.

Bob - omb. Hated the way Yoshi said it, as ba-bomb.

But sometimes I just call them bombs, because the extra syllable sounds like I'm stuttering.

It fell thought the bridge Mario and Koops were standing on, and then fell down a shaft made of fungus, which caused it to land safely in the gutter. It looked to me like it was the size of a softball or something.

I could've sworn it was much smaller. Maybe a little smaller than a baseball.

As to how I pronounce it, I guess I pronounce it as spelled, which is actually more or less how it was pronounced in the cartoon. Case in point: skip ahead to about 1:25 in this clip of the Super Mario World cartoon.
