Post your Yoshi Touch and Go records and I will put the best three for each mode on the ranks page later next week. Be sure to include each of the following:

Mode (ScoreAttack, Marathon, etc.)

Score (Points, Time, Yards, etc.)

Yoshi color, mouth open/closed, and direction (I only have an image of the blue one.)

Date (Date the score was made, not date of post)

I will clean up the ranks page and possibly add more too it when I update it later next week. Now I have to get to work.

Not much. I think it happens randomly.
For "mouth open", the Yoshi is sort of looking upwards with... well, with his mouth open.
Just for a little more variation, I suppose.

1. I believe when the Yoshi mouth is open, you made it witout restarting at the middle ring... only one of mine is like that...

I put up Fifth's 1st place ranks, and will update mine, MarioBro64, and any others later. I also put 4th and 5th place on the page to encourage more people to post scores. That may make it harder to update later, but I will handle that then.

Colored yoshi images?

Ranks page changes?

Open mouth theory?

They're just Photoshop hue-recolorations of the blue one, but they'll do for now.

Thanks! I wish I had PhotoShop, and/or knew how to do more with Paint.

Here's the images (from IGN) I used to make the page.

I updated a few of my scores and made a few more minor changes to the ranks section. I also added a spoiler section at the bottom. You have been warned. If you already know all the spoilers (Fifth?), then feel free to correct me or make suggestions.

The mouth is open when the score is made without restarting or starting from the middle point.

The mouth is closed when the score is made after restarting or starting at the midpoint.

White Yoshi: Performance related (you have to do REALLY well). When you get the white Yoshi, your eggs are maxed out to 50 (so they refill if you dont already have the max). But the White Yoshi can shoot an unlimited number of eggs (without wasting what you already have).

How do you get the purple Yoshi and how many eggs can it carry?

Does the color of the White/Artic Blue Yoshi look right? (I haven't got one yet.) Is the a White and an Artic Blue Yoshi, or are the the same?

Have you got a Bronze/Orange Yoshi?

The purple Yoshi is one of the already available Yoshis (from 100-119 points). Maybe its not purple? I think it looks purple to me. So the purple yoshi isn't anything new.

I had a picture of the white Yoshi somewhere.

Edit: I fixed the HTML, then you deleted. It should work fine now.

I think artic blue/white is the same Yoshi. Though now that you mention the color, it does look a little more like Artic Blue than white.

I haven't gotten the bronze Yoshi yet. Sorry. Working very hard on trying to get past 10,000 yrds.

Here's a new challenge for you: In YT&G get all eight scores in every mode higher than the original high scores. I've done it for Score and Time Attack Modes.

A couple of quick questions/comments:
1) What's up with the left/right yoshi heads?

2) Purple Yoshi-get 0 points on the baby mario stage in challenge mode.This Yoshi carries 50 eggs.

3) White Yoshi-get 0 points on baby mario stage in time attack mode.This yoshi can carry unlimited eggs.

1) Under "Options" (touch the wrench at the bottom left of the main menu) you can change Yoshi's Direction. The head points the direction Yohsi faces and the screen scrolls

POSSIBLE SPOILERS BELOW

2 & 3) I tried several times and did not get a purple Yoshi. I got the standard green one every time. I've seen these "cheats" on several sites, but no one could confirm them. Can you?

I've gotten both the purple and white Yoshis. I wish I didn't know about 'em, though. Kinda takes the fun out of trying for a better Yoshi (I was so pleased when I ended up with a black Yoshi with 77 eggs in Challenge) when you can just get a purple or white one with minimal effort...

I was very skeptical about the other yoshi colors, but I tried them both and got them to work.

I'll post the new SM64DS and YT&G scores Monday night. I've spent too much time today working on the general plan for the WarioWare Touched! high scores page. I promise that it will look a lot better when I finish it. For now I must get some sleep. I've been sleeping late all spring break, but have to get up early (my over sleeping + an hour for DST). Thanks. I put your scores on the frametest page. I will eventually merge the frametest, all the high score pages, and a few other pages together.

I also deleted the cursor. A 32x32 pixel stylus didn't look right. I had wanted to use a mannequin hand for the default cursor and the DS stylus for the touch screen. Oh well. If anyone knows a way to make a larger one work let me know. Thanks again.

The YT&G screens are now on the DS page. Click the balloon on the touch screen to display the high scores on the top screen. The VS. balloon will open this thread (for posting scores) in a new window.

Anyone have new high scores?

I tested the new (actual size) version of the NDS high scores in IE and FF without any problems. Check it out here.

I haven't made it completely funtional yet, but all the YT&G stuff should work.

The page linked above should open a new window with a "Nintnedo DS High Scores" button. Clicking the button should open a new window with the Nintendo DS in it. If not you may have popup blocking software on. On the DS click the 'POWER' button, click the touch screen, click the Yoshi image or "Yoshi Touch & Go" image box, click the ballon for the mode you want to check the high scores for, clicking the VS. balloon opens this thread (for posting high scores, clicking the red balloon open the scores for the ballon pop minigame.

I noticed that some of the rank images are not uniform in size. I'll fix that later. I also know that the title screens are in Japanese. Did you notice or have any other problems with the page?
