Oooo, my turn!
Most names don't make me think of anything other than the concept of the people behind them—and, for those people whose pictures I've seen, sometimes I think of what they look like. But it's usually just a kind of conceptual brain pattern thing that cannot really be expressed in words. The exceptions, mostly in no particular order, follow (I made none of these up):
Chupperson Weird: One of the first names I remember ever seeing here, it used to bring up thoughts of his weird signatures, with the most notable one being:
"Tonight, I`ll make an old family recipe. Pickled dandelions with barnacles in a diesel marinade!" - Prof. E. Gadd
Deezer: A famous person no one would recognize in person. Kinda mysterious, too.
GoldenYoshi: With this one I actually thought of the obvious, a golden Yoshi.
Watoad: Not myself, but the fan art of mine that caused me to choose this name.
Jöhñbôb: For a long time this made me think of some weird-sounding name in another language because I looked over it too quickly and didn't realize that it's really just "John bob." I cannot remember anymore how I used to try to pronounce it.
?????? ???? ???????: Annoyance.
CeleTheRef: Some kind of chef.
Darkside: A cool character from some world of science fiction, perhaps similar to Darth Vader.
marioguy: Something gross and nasty. I know not what.
SmileyWormChip8: A Wiggler from Super Mario 64. (I had to use the good ol' Mariopedia to find the name of that enemy.)
TEM: Used to make be think of Dr. Robotnik.
F-Man: Captain Falcon.
cable04: It has been awhile, so I'm not positive, but I think this name provoked either thoughts of cables or simply 0-/<):
Pegasus Team: Star Trek. Also, the only poster composed of more than one person.
bandicootbuddy: Crash Bandicoot.
Pink King Boo: The color pink.
Lola Prue: The color blue (or blueish-purple), sometimes.
Vidgmchtr: When I think of just the first "syllable" (that is, "Vid"), I'm reminded of Kid Vid, one of Burger King's old mascots. Now I think those mascots are dumb, but when I was a little kid, I thought they were fine, and Kid Vid was my favorite.
And here are two names I hadn't heard of before, but that I feel are worth mentioning, anyway:
Yuki: Both snow and a beautiful Asian girl.
MarioSpiceMeat: Beef.
That may seem like a lot of names to run through after saying that "most names don't make me think of anything." What you must realize is that I went overboard like usual and tried to consider virtually every I've seen since I registered here. Out of all those names (hundreds, I think), the above aren't really that many. Most names, even obvious ones, just haven't brought anything special into my mind. stupidmonkey, for example, never once made me think of a monkey, not to mention a stupid one. This may make me weird, but that's just the way it is.
To finish off, here is possibly the best line I came across as I was doing my research for this post:
"This topic is about frosted pizza with three-month-old cheese."
