Because of the Candadian Thanksgiving takes place in October instead of November, I get a 4 day weekend this week! Horray

I get a four-day weekend as well, but for different reasons (tomorrow is a "teacher inservice day," where they do workshops and stuff, and Monday is Columbus Day).

Hopefully one of my parents will let me borrow the $1.75 I need to buy one of these $20 games I can't decide which one I'm buying (Diablo II: Lord of Destruction or World of Goo, or maybe BioShock if I really like the demo and my computer can run it at decent speeds).

I'm happy because I finally found a college that I really want to go to. The Wentworth Institute of Technology (a very witty name, if you get my drift) in Boston looks like... a really good school, for lack of a better description. Of course, this is only one school, but I have time to find more. It's just a relief to know that there is at least one school that I want to go to. It's a whole lot better than having absolutely no clue.

Aw, neat! I just started fiddling around with my SGB a little while back. Dang, was it neat for its time--still is, really, as long as you're stocked with GB games.

Let's Tap looks kind of interesting (not in an "I think I'll buy it" way, though). It's a shame it's not targeted at a more mature audience... they could have the greatest "I'd Tap That" ad campaign.

'Twas mah birthday today, fifthteen years young, and I got everything I wanted; de Blob, Wario Land: Shake it!, Okami and a few Wii points cards! I also got a new piece of exercise equipment and 72 dollars (consisting of a fifty dollar bill, a twenty dollar bill, and a scratch & win lottery ticket awarding me with two bucks). Most of my family was there and we pigged out on pizza and cake. Now, there's only one thing left to ask:

What did you guys get me?
