I figured that would be obvious from so many of my previous posts in this thread. Yeah, yesterday I bought a copy of the GameCube version of Ikaruga, along with a copy of StarFox.

The shop where I bought the latter, incidentally, sells tabletop gaming stuff (really only a little bit of video game stuff there) and is possibly my new favorite store of all the ones a block away from the library.

Just got The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of Niggy Tardust! by Saul Williams. ****ing. Awesome. It's produced by Trent Reznor, so it pretty much sounds like Nine Inch Nails meets hip-hop.

I would never ever have the discipline to follow a fasting-based holiday. Not because I eat a lot, just because I'd suddenly develop this massive urge to start eating when I'm not supposed to.

STGT Week Three (Thunder Dragon 2, which had no thunder or dragons and wasn't a very good game) ended with me moving up a surprising seven places in the individual standings. For Week Four (Psikyo Week), we're playing the very fun Strikers 1945 II. The alternating pattern of bad game-good game is almost certainly going to end with Battle Garegga, which I've grown to enjoy a lot more, for the last two weeks.
