Next year for me... and I'm definitely not ready.  In fact, any post related to my graduating should go in the ANGST thread.

I'm a working man again. I'm not sure if this is a cause for angst or hope, but I thought I would just throw it out there.

I guess a hopeful thing would be that I am getting paid again. I won't see a pay check til the 22 though, since that's how the company does it (and since I am missing the first pay period).
Kinopio is the ultimate video game character! Who else can drive a kart, host parties, play tennis, give good advice and items, and is almost always happy??

So much hopeful in here.

I have a new girlfriend.
Formerly quite reasonable.

Bought a copy of Taiko Drum Master last night and, while looking up some info on the Japanese PS2 versions, found out that there's another one coming out on the DS next month. Awesome stuff.

First of all, props to Trainman.

Secondly... had my last official day of school today, before graduation on Friday. Once again, I really need "The NERVOUS thread"--It's not ANGST I have, but... well, I'm excited to move on, but I've been so used to school, being around basically the same people for ten years or so, and there's so many things and people I'm used to that... well, plenty of you guys (and girls) are way out of high school, so I suppose I don't need to tell you how it is. All I know is, I'm going to revert to playing tons of videogames and gabbing on here again.

Oh, wait, here's something positive: My awesome new laptop arrived! It's an ASUS with Windows 7 and a webcam, recommended by my computer genius best friend.

Bought the first four episodes of Baccano! ($3.55), the first eight episodes of the uncut version of Cyborg 009 (also $3.55), the limited edition of Devil Summoner 2 ($20), a PS2 network adapter ($15; this lets me put a hard drive in my fat PS2), Mega Man Zero Collection ($30), and Advance Guardian Heroes ($4), and got Rebelstar: Tactical Command for free.

So I've heard. I figured since it was so cheap I might as well buy the first disc and see if I agree.

Too bad they didn't release any more episodes of that Cyborg 009 series here. Or maybe it's okay since that series was really boring.
Cool about the Devil Summoner though.
That was a joke.

I watched the first season(?) of Cyborg 009 (2001) when it came out on Toonami. I remember liking the music.

I remember thinking it was, well, boring. And too Astro Boy-ish.

Also, what's with that Boo dressed as a train conductor?

It's Raiho, which is Jack Frost (which, yes, is the Atlus mascot) dressed as the main character of Devil Summoner 2.

It's a shame Devil Summoner 2 is only so-so. Music's great though.

It plays like a real time Nocturne, which may or may not be your thing. I enjoyed it, but it's probably my least favorite line of the SMT series.

Cyborg 009 was good as I recall, but I only saw it on Toonami as well.
