Hmmmmm, how do I explain this...
In Donut Plains 2, do up the SECOND Green pipe you encounter. Then, hit the highest of the yellow blocks and a vine will go up. go up the vine, put in the key, and you'll get to the Green Switch.
The Red Switch? First, go to Vanilla Dome 2.Go through the level until you are on top of a LOT of Brown blocks with a P switch. (It is about 2/3 the way through) Carry this to the wall of Brown blocks (DON'T HIT IT THERE) and hit it when you are RIGHT next to it. Then jump the first gap, and fall into the one with the 3x3 row of coins (Immediatly to the left of the arrow made of coins.). You SHOULD find a key, put it into the keyhole and you'll go to the Red Switch Palace. (These were confusing. It's hard to describe this one.)
