Anyway, for the Secret of the Dirty Lake, the entrance is at the very back of Bianco Hills, and you should go around to the back of the windmill, run, jump, and hover to the entrance. There's a Turbo Nozzle there, and you don't want to pick that up for this shine.
The Secret of Casino Delfino... you have to spray the slot machines until they display three coins, I think. If not coins, then three something else. To this with most of them, and then the curtain in the middle of the place will rise. Proceed to spray the newly revealed surface until it displays a shine. After that, it will disappear, revealing the pipe you must go down.
