SO, I saw the Iron Man movie yesterday.  It was cool.  Awesome special effects, and funny.

The only thing I have against it is, at the very end, in a press conference, Tony Stark admitted he was Iron Man!!!  Then, after the credits, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury approached Stark about "The Avenger Initiative."  Sounds promising.

I saw it, and in my opinion, it's the best Marvel movie yet.

And in response to your comment about the press conference, in the comics, he finally does tell the world he's Iron Man, only much  much later.
What's your problem, Cambodian?

Looks like another CGI-fest, but I've been proven wrong before.

Trust me when I say it's awesome. It's more of a military thriller than a superhero movie, at least in the first half.

Does it have computer graphics? Sure
Does that diminish the excellence of the movie in any way? Nope

It's very well told, very well acted, about as faithful to the comics as can be expected (I was very happy), and a lot of fun to watch.
That was a joke.

Surely the world is ending: I agree with Chup. Again.

The movie does have a lot of computer graphics, but only when necessary. I appreciate the fact that they used practical effects when it was feasible (I'm looking at you, Revenge of the Sith). I give it 2 thumbs up. I can't wait for the Avengers movie and/or Iron Man 2 with the War Machine! Might they be the same movie?
