Not at the Dinner Table / Re: Homosexuality and Same-Sex Marriage
« on: July 30, 2009, 12:35:27 AM »
While I'm not flat out against gay marriage, I believe it should ultimately be left up to state voting.

I also still think that homosexuality should still be classified as a mental illness. I don't think they're bad people, but I just think it matches the definition of a mental illness.

I'm 20 and feel old already. Poor Deezer is dead by my brain's concept of aging.

Is it possible to never eat fast food? I'm not entirely convinced.
You heard it here first, folks.

Well, I haven't eaten at any of the listed fast food places since I was like 11 years old.

That was during the winter. I made a pretty cool photoshop of it later on which I'll have to dig up eventually.

Eww, going back and reading my first post makes me want to punch myself in the face. Reminds me though, I never really explained the whole backstory behind that "party".

Video Game Chat / Re: GH, RB, etc: Band Makers or Breakers?
« on: July 30, 2009, 12:08:46 AM »
Yeah, like Chupperson said, I've run into people who are convinced that because they can play drums in Rock Band they're drummers in real life.

Basically I think it doesn't have any effect though. I think the people who do that are stupid regardless and wouldn't pick up a real instrument anyway. I get pumped while playing Hysteria like everyone else playing Rock Band, but it's the same sort of pumped as when I beat someone who challenged me to a duel in Smash Bros. To me, it's just like playing The Sims or an RTS or other simulation stuff. It's simulating some real life activity (in this case a band) in game-fashion which can be quite fun for people who don't have the opportunity to do so.

I went through this entire thread and didn't laugh yet.

However, I did see this elsewhere and laughed out loud at it, since I was in the mood for laughter.

Good luck, fellas.

Oh and I forgot to mention, I'm currently looking for someone who'd be interested in making comics out of my sketches. I.e. you get writer's block easily, can't think of any ideas, etc... I'd be glad to draw up stuff quick for you to use yourself.

To be honest, I usually don't watch television period. But when I'm eating lunch, my mother usually leaves it on in the background (It's either that or food network). I'm not going to throw a hissyfit, get up and leave the room. It's not like I wake up religiously to watch it like when I was 8 and had to get up for saturday morning cartoons.

O'Reilly is a smartass and a know-it-all, and a giant ******bag. I'm not arguing against that. I'm simply saying when he does cover stories he does it very fairly. That clip cracks me up everytime, PaperLuigi.

Oh and before I forget, I hate Ann Coulter and wish she would cease to exist. Who's idea was it to call her hot anyway?

Ironically, your use of sarcasm earlier was an example of trying to gain attention through feigned elitism.

Yes, because exploiting children is exactly the same as adults purchasing marijuana.

Why isn't there an option for "I don't eat fast food".

I have the Super Mario Adventures and Legend of Zelda graphic novel in my closet too somewhere... I really need to go through it badly.
