Mario holds it in his hand and it releases flame, I think. However, sometimes, he can absorb its power- making himself stronger, but the Fire Flower weaker.

When he becomes Fire Mario, he absorbs the energy, and it changes his physical appearance, and enables him to shoot smaller fireballs.

However, in SSB, he only picks it up, and is able to shoot more flame, but it doesn't make him any stronger. That's my theory.

When Mario picks it up, the magic of the flower is transferred to him, changing his appearance and making the flower a normal flower. That's why/how he doesn't absorb the ones in SSB.

What Mario game is Pikachu in? If you're going to say the SSB games, then those aren't Mario games, those are more.. 'the universes have collided' games.

Yup.. and I also love all the MP's, since all the minigames in each one are different. Some may have their similarities to other games in the series, but there are subtle changes to the minigame that make it different from the previous form it was in.

.. Save for minigames that didn't really change between MP1 and MP2. Those were just so that Nintendo could take out the "rotate the stick" minigames. Now if they would just do away with the "press a button rapidly"..

Oops! I don't own MP7 yet, but plan to soon. :O

Yes, Yoshi's Island told us that they were born (or delivered) in TMK, but Mr and Mrs Mario might have taken them to the real world to protect them (you know, from Bowser's troops and other such evil that is in the MK..)

The Bros grew up in the real world, and then one day, following the sound of a cry for help (and wondering why monsters were coming from the plumbing), they ended up in the MK, and.. well, you know the rest.

What I want to know is why Donkey Kong keeps appearing in Mario games, if he's supposed to be from the real world (since the original DK game took place at a construction site..)?

Toad and I might make some more movies like that. Hmm... Mabey an axe fight! >:D

I need to get a new axe first, which shouldn't take long, now that my Nook has one like everyday. :)

Hey, this isn't a list of wants or haves, but I thought that those of you who didn't visit GameFAQs would want a heads up..

This is off another site i thought it would good to post it here:
Apparently some people have a hacking tool that allows malicious visitors to inflict irreversable damage to towns they visit (eg: replacing your GateHouse with a Museum, much worse than chopping down trees)
The map editor was mean to let some people harm others that way. The map editor was primarily used for customizing your own town. The map editor should be used to fix your town after a malicious visitor does damage.

General Trading Advice:
As always be careful of the visitors you allow into your town. If a complete stranger is offering a giveaway of valuable items, don't let them into your town. Instead go visit their town, and pickup items you see on the ground to take back to your town. Don't take unnamed items from the Lost+Found or Recycler. When you get back to your town, remove the stranger's friend code from your Friends List (so they can't sneak into your town later). That's the safe way to get stuff from strangers.
If you want to be extra safe, get an Action Replay device yourself, backup your town and save it. That way you can always restore a backup of your town to fix any problems.

I made a ?-block cube in art class once.. I still have it, but no access to a digital camera.

We also had an assignment for making drawings using the protractor. Mine were mostly Mario based. I'll scan those some time.. :)

I tried to use SuperMarioFan here, as I am a huge Mario fan (and that's what my name is anywhere else on the Net), but there's already someone here named that.
So I thought to myself "Maybe nobody else has 'this' name" as I typed in Toad. It worked, and it should be noted that I like to use Toad in the spinoffs when I can. :D

OK, since I'm getting more rooms in the house, I've expanded my collection list:

All Snowman-related items, including wall and floor (I already have the Snowman Fridge and the Snowman Sofa)

All Space-related items, especially wall and floor (I already have a lot of Space stuff, so consult with me before you buy something.)

All Pirate-related items, including floor (The only thing I have is the Sea View wall)

All Kiddie-related items (Again, I've got quite a few catalogued, so consult before purchase)

That's it for now. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me out here.

I have a Helm (the wheel that steers the ship.) I'll carry it around with me until I see you again.. :D

I have a Witch's hat, but it's green, and the shirt I gave you was black. It doesn't match! ><

I want the Wizard's hat!.. and the shirt you gave me is black, but the Top Hat goes nicely with it, as my character currently shows. :D
