So, what Mario game would make you run outside and start dancing in the rain? (Or expressing joy and/or bliss in any other sort of embarassing/humiliating way, shape, or form) For me, it would be a 2-D Mario game for the GBA that combined that reflexes and fun of SMB3 with the Star-Finding treasure hunting of SM64, I mean, think about it. Metal Mario could be a power up in a 2-D game! It just sounds cool.

The Yoshi's Island level editor.

Enough said.

A new 3D Mario game like SM64 with sublevels in 2D like SMB3 and SMW.

If only Dragon Eye Studios would make a level editor from their custom ASM hacking for that YI hack they're doing.
That was a joke.
