Here's where you can post movesets--complete or incomplete--for any character/person/thing you want, period, if they were theoretically in a Smash Bros. game. It can be someone mildly plausible, like Ridley or Geno, or someone... not, like the Grinch or Donald Duck.

Me personally, I can't come up with anything at the moment. I'm just curious what you guys'll think up.

Waluigi:
B Move, Chain Chomp Sling: Obvious. Takes out Chain Chomp and hits you. 11 - 15% Damage.

Side B Move, Tennis Racket: Sort of like Roy's B Move. Takes out tennis racket and PWN's you. 20% Damage.

Up B Move, Golf Club Dive: Use's his golf club, points it in the air, and jumps. Anywhere from 3 to 19% Damage.

Down B Move, Super Stomp: Slams his foot on the ground hard. 17% Damage if used correctly.

Taunt: Swings his tennis racket twice and says "Waluigi, number one!"

Final Smash, Waluigi Kart: Similar to Captain Falcon's, but requires no aiming whatsoever. Guaranteed KO. If not, 50 - 65% Damage.

Wait, you said it was a guaranteed KO? Then how come it only does 50% damage at times? :/

Because. Guaranteed KO if your opponent doesn't hit a ceiling and come back, hit a wall and come back etc..
Mostly any open space. Hitting you would be hard since there's a computer monitor between us.

NOTE: all of these damages are approximate, and may vary depending on usage. Smash attack totals are varied from uncharged to fully charged.
Toad

General Overview
Toad is a powerful but very light character, one of the lightest in the game. His frame is small, and hence he is hard to hit due to his little size. He has slow-medium running speed and a jump that is slightly lower than average (about the same as Mario's, and only has two jumps, not counting his third jump), but his attacks are quick to pull off. He falls under the Mario series category. Also, Toadsworth can take Toad's place as a B move for Peach.

Entrance
Toad walks out of a door from Subspace (SMB2) and does a little, excited jump as the door disappears in a mini magical display.

Alternate Colours
Regular
Red Team (vest turns red)
Blue Team (spots on head turn blue)
Green Team (spots and vest go green)
Toadette (vest turns pink, shroom top turns mainly pink with white spots)
Poison Shroom (Vest and most of shroom top turn dark purple, pants and spots turn black.)

Availability
Unlockable.
1. Shoot all pictures in credits to unlock, after beating Subspace Emissary.
2. Beat Classic as Peach on Very Hard, no Continues, after beating Subspace Emissary.
3. 500 Vs. matches.
After fulfilling one of the above criteria, defeat him in a battle to unlock him. You'll fight him on Mario Circuit (I'm assuming it's Brawl we're discussing)

A Moves/Tilts/Dash
A+A+A Combo: Left hand slap, followed by right hand slap, then a light headbutt. Sends opponent sideways. 2+2+5%.
Up Tilt: Similar to Ness' Up Tilt, sends opponent upwards. 8%.
Forward Tilt: Backhand slap, sends opponent sideways. 6%.
Down Tilt: Shoots out his foot and catches opponent low, somewhat similar to Fox's Down Tilt but weaker. Good combo starter. 4%.
Dash Attack: Runs forward with arms outstretched; similar to Peach's dash attack, but slightly less powerful in damage (great in knockback, though). 7%.

Smash Attacks
Forward Smash: Slams opponent with shroom head, stepping slightly forward. Strong attack, sends opponent out at 40 degree angle. 12-20%.
Up Smash: Does a mini-leap (has almost no vertical effect), and hits upwards like a character would in Mario Party. Sends on either side at any angle between 45 and 135 degrees. 13-23%.
Down Smash: Spinning kick; has little range thanks to his short (non-existent?) legs. Sends mainly upwards. 14-18%.

Aerial Attacks
Nair: Extends leg, and catches opponents on way down. A lot of landing lag, sends opponent upwards at reasonable angle. Similar to Mario's Nair, 9%.
Fair: Smashes forward with his mushroom top (he seems to use that a lot, doesn't he?), similar effect to Falcon's Knee but weaker in knockback. Takes time to get right. 14%.
Bair: Spins about in mid-air with arms at his side. 4% with each hit, little knockback until last hit (which has 7%).
Uair: Flips in mid-air, basically same as Mario's. 12%.
Dair: Hits downwards hard with two feet. Strong knockback, meteor smash. 14%.

B Moves
B Neutral: Spore. Spreads spores in both directions, causes opponents to fall asleep. Spread weakens over time in a way reminiscent of Bowser's Flamethrower. Also causes 2 damage, and if you touch Toad himself during the duration of the attack, you gain a flower on your head. Also usable in mid-air, even though opponents cannot fall asleep in mid-air.
B+Smash (first time): Golden Mushroom. He holds up a Golden Mushroom, and charges it up. It is like a combination of Luigi's Green Missile and Samus' Charge Shot. It can be halted in a similar way to Samus' Charge Shot, but leaving it uncharged will then make his eventual attack weaker, as the charge cannot be resumed. Takes several precious seconds to charge. Usable in mid-air.
B+Smash (second time): Mushroom Boost. Toad blasts forward like Pikachu's Skull Bash, but more powerful and surrounded by golden flames. 6% (meh) to 35% (O_O). Usable in mid-air.
B+Down: Treasure Chest. Pulls out a Treasure Chest from SMB3, and propels it onto the ground in front of him. This does 15%, but is situational.
B+Down (mid-air): Treasure Chest. Similar in use to Bowser's B+Down; Toad raises it above his head in mid-air, and then puts it below him, where it gathers speed (and takes him with it), increasing his descent time, trapping people underneath if they're caught, and eventually causing 20 damage.
B+Up: Phanto Lift. Toad summons a Phanto to lift him upwards, which can be controlled with the Control Stick; he can press B to disembark at any time, or otherwise he will be dropped off after about 2 seconds (Phanto moves quickly). After Phanto drops Toad, it flies around the screen or a moment, doing 5% to anyone he hits. Otherwise, this attack does no damage, though it is useful for escaping tight situations.

Grabs/Throws
Grab: Toad grabs the opponent, and lifts him above his head. His grab is similar to DK's, but Toad is not slowed down by lifting an enemy character. However, he cannot attack while grabbing something, whether it be the player he is holding or another.
F-Throw: Throws forwards at a slightly downwards angle, like he does in SMB2. Good for a quick KO, especially for players with little horizontal recovery. Deadly at higher %. 7%.
D-Throw: Throws opponent down on ground below him, and buries them in ground. 3%, but decent for immobilizing for a while.
U-Throw: Smashes opponent onto ground, and similar in effect to Dair. 10%, great combo starter.
B-Throw: Tosses opponent backwards at a 45 degree angle. 5%; mainly useless in 1v1, but good in Team Battle.

Taunts
1. Waves and yells "Hey!"
2. Raises both arms in a victorious pose and shouts "I'm the Best!"
3. Toadette appears, and they dance around for a couple of seconds.

Win Poses
1. Spins on the spot before landing on one knee with arms outstretched, and yelling "Toad Win!"
2. Does a flip on the spot, but lands on his bottom awkwardly, before scratching his head and looking confused.
3. Twirls a vegetable on his finger like a basketball before throwing it into the air and catching it in his other hand.
4. (Only for victory over Mario) Toad jumps up and down in his 8-bit form from SMB as "Thank you Mario, but your princess is in another castle!" appears onscreen above him.

Final Smash
DREAM MACHINE (don't know if it's the official name for it, but it's the machine from the final battle of SMB2)
Toad raises one arm, and bellows "Let's go!" The Dream Machine drops from the sky, and lands behind the stage. It glows red, and then begins to shoot out flaming vegetables at high speeds. They fly into the air, then descend quickly, similarly to Ness/Lucas' PK Starstorm, but quicker and with smaller projectiles. The vegetables cause 10% each, and this lasts for a few seconds. Toad is still damageable (though not by the vegetables), but after doing its attack, the Dream Machine explodes, causing 30% to anyone who is too close (including Toad himself). The effect of this is similar to a Bob-omb or Nova Bomb exploding, but bigger.

btw, I was going to put a POW Block as an attack, but I thought it would be better served as an awesome item. :D I think I went slightly overboard, though...

Smashy

B standard: hit with all hammers at once
B+up: jumps up while spinning and hitting enemy multiple times
B+down: Ground pound with hammers. This move works better when you do it in the air.
B left/right: run while hammers are swinging
A: kicks and swings hammer
Pressing A over and over real fast: Swings hammers faster and more powerful
Run+A: jump kick
grab+up: jumps up and slams challenger down
grab+left/right: swings hammer so powerful, enemy flies out of there like a baseball
grab+down: gets on top of enemy and hits enemy with hammers over and over again
A+left/right: hammers charge energy and hit enemy really hard
A+up: jumps up while swinging hammers
A+down: hammers swing in all directions
A+down while in air: falls while spinning fast hitting enemys over and over again
final smash: He gets really big, slams the hammers down and takes everyone out at once.

a smashy is one of those spikeys from Yoshi's Island that had all of its spikes replaced with hammers

it enters by jumping in and slamming hammers down on ground

you earn it from having yoshi win 3 brawls against level 9 CPUs

d-pad up: spins around and yells out yeah
d-pad left/right: does a flip
d-pad down: it yells out "whos your daddy"
One Ring to rule them all. One Ring to find them. One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.

Some chunkc of my near complete Robotnik Moveeset:

Entrance: He'll come in flying in his Egg-o-Matic BUT he falls off and crashes to the ground (cliche I know)

Taunt:

Side Taunt: He takes out his diploma and his graduation hat thing (puts it on) and stands there with the "Diploma Dope" sound playing.

Like so:

[/url]

(Don't have the original in good resolution)

Down Taunt: He stomps the ground and yells "I'LL SQUASH YOU LIKE BUGS"

Up Taunt: He'll simply blow raspberries at you.

Winning Poses:

1st: He'll point at himself like this:

[/url]

2nd: While wearing his dashing purple tuxedo, he'll yell "ROBOTNIK ROBOTNIK YEAH YEAH YEAH! ROBOTNIK ROBOTNIK RAH RAH RAH!" and jump up and down.

3rd: He'll say "YES, I DID WIN"

That's enough for now. I'll post some more stuff tomorrow.

Great idea; I really added the Entrance as an afterthought, so I didn't really give it much thought.

EDIT: Though, now that I think about it, such an entrance would be extremely fitting for a Baby Mario character, ala Yoshi's Island. Edited to something else. :D

King K. Rool (Donkey Kong Country series)

Standard B: Crown Toss. Throws his crown forward and returns like a boomerang.

Side B: Cannon Blast. Pulls out his hand cannon from DKC2 and blasts foes with it. Can be chraged up by holding B and the speed varies depending on how long it charges.

Up B: Kremling Boost: Uses his jetpeck from DKC3 as his third jump towards the stage. Slower than Diddy's Rocketbarrel Boost and does less damage.

Down B: Super Stomp: Makes a wide leap and lands heavily on the ground. Can stun enemies if they're near him

Final Smash: KAOS: K. Kool jumps off screen and drops down inside of KAOS while rampaging across the stage. KAOS is very powerful but very slow. After time runs out, KAOS explodes and anyone caught in the blast will be blown off screen.

Entrance: K. Rool lands from the top off the screen ala his appearance in DKC.

Lyn (Fire Emblem)

Standard B: Silver Bow: Lyn charges an arrow and shoots it. Unlike Pit or Link, she cannot change its trajectory.

Side B: Mani Katti: Lyn jabs her opponent twice. If the player inputs the move again, she connects with a quick slash.

Up B: Sol Katti: Lyn spins upwards in a diagonal manner then drops downwards with her sword extended forward.

Down B: Delphi Shield: Lyn uses a shield that can reflect projectiles. However, the shield can break if it is overused or attacked repeatedly.

Final Smash: Critical Hit: Lyn charges at her opponent, creates a couple of illusion clones and strikes them in a various directions before finishing them off with one final slash. Opoonent must be directly in front of her for the attack to connect.

Entrance: Magic Portal like Ike and Marth.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

Just because this has been nagging me at the back of my mind...

Dimentio (Mario series)

Standard B: Starburst Dimentio shoots a purple starburst forward. He can do these in succession and, like Luigi's fireballs, they're not affected by gravity.

Side B: Clone Assault Dimentio quickly conjures up a clone of himself(he always keeps a dozen or so of those handy!) and they both quickly punch in opposit directions. The clone sticks around for a while, like a "stronger and more good-looking version of the second Ice Climber".

Up B: Dimensional Warp Similar to Zelda and Sheik's Up B, it's... a teleporting move. Duh.

Down B: Cubes of Doom Remember those orange boxes that explode inside? He conjures up one of those and explodes it. Not very useful for knocking opponents out, but handy for racking up damage.

Final Smash: Super Dimentio Using the Chaos Heart, Dimentio merges with the character he's closest to at the time. He gets a more powerful and Dimentio-themed version of their normal moveset, while the character he's merged with takes continous damage.

Entrance: Dimensional warp, but with an added miniature fireworks display.

Phoenix Wright: He objects to you not getting KO'd
Appearance- The "Hold It!" graphic appears and Nick jumps down in front of it
A- Punch-punch-kick
Forward A- Elbow attack
Up A- Points his finger straight into the air
Down A- A low kick
Dash Attack- Sticks out his shoulder (like a football tackle)
Standard Smash- Finger Point! For great justice!
Up Smash- Stabs into the air with the taped Samurai Spear
Down Smash- Swings a Psyche-Lock on a chain around, close to the ground
B- Present Evidence (Nick shouts "Take That!" and hits the enemy with a random piece of evidence from past cases, each varying in power)
Side B- Objection! (Like Mario's cape, with the Objection graphic appearing behind Nick and extending slightly farther than his hand. The graphic must make contact to reflect)
Up B- Fabulous Young Lawyer (Nick flies up to the stage on cables, at a diagonal. Also, sparkles of wonder and joy!)
Down B- Desk Slam (like DK's Down B, but the desk appears, and you have to wait for the desk to disappear before you can use the move again. Also, in the air, the Desk will fall to the ground, making it a meteor smash)
Grabs- Normal
Grab attack- Hits opponent in the head with a bulging folder labeled "Court Record"
Forward Throw- Hits them forward with his signature finger point.
Backward Throw- Grabs them by the cuff of their shirt (or whatever is closest to that) and flings them back.
Up Throw- A normal upward throw
Down Throw- Desk Slam, with them playing the role of the desk. Ouch.
Neutral Aerial- Swings "Court Record" folder
Up Aerial- Thrusts a step-ladder upwards
Down Aerial- A downward kick
Forward Aerial- More Pointing!
Backward Aerial- Kicks backwards
Taunt 1- Nick lifts his lapel, making his attorney's badge glint
Taunt 2- Nick puts his hands at his sides and shakes his head
Taunt 3- Confetti falls
Final Smash- Nightmare Judge- The background darkens and the demonic judge from the beginning of JFA fades in, and strikes opponents with his giant gavel of JUSTICE.
No! I don't want that!

Great idea, but I'm a bit confused about how the merging works. Does the character merged with disappear from play, or just continue to take damage while still playable?

The character he's merged with disappears from play. I guess I should have made that clear, huh? ^^;

Another one!

Miles "Tails" Prower (Sonic the Hedgehog series)

Standard B: Tail Spin Tails swishes his tails to attack. Holding the B button can keep the spin going, sort of like what the Rhythm Badge lets you do in Sonic Adventure.

Side B: Ring Bombs Tails throws some of those phony Rings from Sonic Heroes, which just sit there for about 5 seconds until they explode.

Up B: Propellor Tails Tails uses his tails to fly. Very useful recovery move.

Down B: Spin Charge/Dash Just like Sonic's Spin Dash, only with Tails' tails trailing behind him.

Final Smash: Tornado Tails hops in his trusty biplane and zooms all around the screen. Pressing attack buttons makes the Tornado shoot lasers.

Entrance: He drops in from the Tornado.

Nah, I was just making sure. Thanks for the info.

But anyway, I decided to make a moveset for the Sonic character I think is most deserving of a spot in Brawl (behind Sonic, of course). And I'm not talking about Shadow...

Knuckles the Echidna

General Overview
Knuckles is yet again another powerful character with many strong moves; his speed (about Lucario speed) and weight (slightly heavier than Sonic) are both good, but his vertical recovery is on the poor side and many of his moves are laggy despite their power. (Kinda makes you wish there was L-cancelling in Brawl, huh?) He has two jumps, and has the ability to glide. His glide is special in that it does slight damage (about 5%) to anyone who is hit by his outstretched fists. He falls under the Sonic category.

Entrance
Knuckles jumps off one of the teleporters from the late part of Sonic & Knuckles, and quickly assumes a fighting stance.

Alternate Colours
Regular
Red Team (gloves and shoes tinted red. His red is also a slightly brighter red.)
Green Team (gloves and shoes tinted green. His red is also tinted green slightly.)
Blue Team (gloves and shoes tinted blue. His red is tinted blue slightly.)
Chaos (his entire body goes green. A tribute to Chaos Knuckles from the Archie Comics)
Super (his entire body is pink, just like his Super form which isn't seen in games anymore)
Dark (body turns darker red, gloves and shoes turn black and red)

Availability
Unlockable
1. Beat the final SSE boss with any order of Sonic, Bowser, Ganondorf, Dedede or Wolf.
2. Beat Boss Rush with Sonic on Very Hard.
3. 600 Vs. matches.
After one of these criteria is met, Knuckles will challenge you on Green Hill Zone. Beat him to unlock him.

A Moves
A+A+A Combo: Punches with right fist, then left fist, before a stronger right fist punch to finish. Last hit has little knockback, sends opponent upwards. 3+3+6%
Up Tilt: Punches upwards once, sends opponent up, nothing special. 7%
Forward Tilt: Reaches outwards, and jabs quickly. Surprisingly powerful, reasonably good knockback. 10%
Down Tilt: Crouches, and elbows forwards. Trips opponent in place, great combo starter. 5%
Dash Attack: After a dash, leaps forward with both fists outstretched. Has great air time and decent power. 9%

Smash Attacks
Forward Smash: Powerful cross punch, slightly laggy, sends opponent out at 35 degree angle. 20-28%.
Up Smash: Lunges upwards with an uppercut; best used against grounded opponents. Puts opponent upwards and backwards a bit. 17-24%
Down Smash: Spins in place with his fists; similar to Mario's Down Smash. Bad knockback. 14-18%.

Aerial Attacks
Nair: Outstretches in his Triangle Jump pose from Sonic Heroes. Does decent damage (12%) but little knockback if it hits.
Fair: Does a somewhat powerful mid-air punch, much like Luigi's Fair. 14%.
Bair: Elbows anything behind him quickly and abruptly, knocks them back though not much of a KO move. 9%.
Uair: Does a one-two punch with his fists upwards. Each hit does 6 or 7%.
Dair: Clenches both fists together, and throws them downwards, flipping himself in the process. It's a Meteor Smash (I love Meteor Smashes! xP) and does 13%.

B Moves
B Neutral: Stone Fists. Reaches into the ground, and pulls up boulders of varying sizes and damage ratios. Like Peach's Down-B, but the rocks cannot be caught. After pulling up a rock, it acts like any other item; use A to throw it. The rocks vary from 8% to 30% in damage. Also, on occasion, he pulls up an item too.
B+Smash: Hammer Punch. Much like a quicker version of Falcon Punch, except with less damage but still decent knockback. 22%, usable in mid-air.
B+Up: Air Glide. The FireFox is the move most like this interesting move; Knuckles stays still for a moment, and directional input influences his direction, before gliding upwards slowly. It goes for much longer if it is horizontal; eventually, on a vertical angle, Knuckles will just fall downwards again. Does no damage, but can be canceled with B.
B+Down: Dig. Knuckles borrows into the ground, and comes up again and deals about 12%. However, his direction on the ground is influenced by the Control Pad/Stick/whatever, much like a Warp Star. Also, if this move is used in mid-air, Knuckles' rate of descent is dramatically increased as he burrows downwards in mid-air (can't be canceled at this point btw), and any opponents he meets in mid-air will be buried in the ground as soon as Knuckles pushes them onto the ground. :o

Grabs and Throws
Grab: Knuckles lunges for- and grabs- the opponent with two hands.
Grab Attack: Knuckles elbows the opponent, doing 2% each time.
U-Throw: After lowering them considerably, Knuckles blasts the opponent upwards, even throwing them slightly backwards. 7%.
F-Throw: Pushes opponent forwards quickly, causing them to stumble slightly. 5%, but a great combo starter and good complement to his Dash+A.
B-Throw: Releases player, but then quickly moves to opponent's other side and delivers a strong punch to send them far. 10%.
D-Throw: Slams opponent downwards, before hitting them again on their ascent. They then fly upwards. First hit does 6%, next does 8%.

Taunts
1. Knocks his fists together before yelling "Stone fists!"
2. Jumps on top of, and presses, a switch, before snickering. (See Sonic 3)
3. Clenches a fist before shouting "Bring it on!"

Win Poses
1. Raises both fists, and says happily, "Yeah, this is perfect!"
2. Crosses arms, smirks and snickers "Too easy!"
3. Takes up an aggressive pose, growls angrily and mutters "Don't get in my way!"

Final Smash
THE MASTER EMERALD
Knuckles raises both of his arms, before shouting "Behold, the power of the Master Emerald!" He then leaps into the air as the Master Emerald crashes onto the ground, damaging anyone nearby (25%, with great knockback) (it's quite a bit larger than in SA2; think Ice Climber's FS size, but 75% size). Knuckles stands on top of it, but after a few seconds, he plummets downwards, shattering it and sending Emerald shards flying in every direction. They do 10-15% each hit, and the FS ends when they're all gone.
If my son could decimate Lego cities with his genitals, I'd be [darn] proud.

The character he's merged with disappears from play. I guess I should have made that clear, huh? ^^;

I imagined Tails just like that.

More Robotnik chunks.

Note: most people may not get his moves nor know where they come from. I'm sure poopers or Robotnik poop watchers will recognize some and get a laugh. I tried to tie them as much as I could with his odd gestures from the show and poops. I think I did good.

Special Moves:

B move: Ray Gun: He'll take out the same ray gun that he used to destroy that card game playing robot. The shoot is a small bright red beam that deteriorates as it goes along. But goes along quite fast (Faster than Wolf's blaster but slower than Fox's) 1%-9%

Side B move: PING AS smack: He'll attack with his PING AS. it'll ummm... extend straight forward. the longer you charge it (like the Wario Waft) the ummm... longer it'll be and the more power it will be. 5%-25%

Ground Moves:

Normal A: right Jab, then a small left uppercut, then if you continue to press the button he'll start sending out small slaps. like Kirby's Vulcan jab. all together it should do about 20%

Tilt A: He'll bounce his butt cheeks at you. like (Luigi's 3rd normal A combo thing but bigger and stronger) 3%-12%

Down Tilt: He'll use his right foot and stomp the ground angrily. It would send out a small damaging wave in front of him (but not behind) So it'll be hard to use a counter attack. 1%-8%

Up Tilt: His left hand arm will go over his head in an arch with his index finger pointing out (Poopers should know where this one comes from) 4%-9%

Dash A: He skids his feet across the ground and slides a bit with his left arm out upward (CONQUER MOBIUS) Will hit repeatedly about 4 or 5 times and end with a stronger hit. 1%-10%

That's enough for now.

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Okay, you guys know how much of a Pokemon fangirl I am. So you can imagine my happiness when they put Red(Pokemon Trainer) in Brawl. But Red's not the only Pokemon Trainer who deserves some Smash Bros fame, no no. The others need some love, too!

Note: For all of the following, the Down B move is a switchout, Final Smash is Triple Finish and entrance is being released from a Pokeball.

Johto Trainer (aka Gold) (Pokemon series)

Pokemon: Cyndaquil, Croconaw and Meganium

Cyndaquil

Standard B: Ember Cyndaquil shoots out a small burst of flame.

Side B: Flame Wheel Cyndaquil spins around, spitting flames all around itself.

Up B: Eruption Cyndaquil causes lava to spew from the ground, launching itself into the air and burning any player that touches it.

Croconaw

Standard B: Water Pulse Croconaw fires a pulse of water. Unlike Squirtle's Water Gun, this does damage. Wait... does Squirtle's water gun do any damage? Doesn't seem like it to me...

Side B: Aqua Tail Croconaw swishes its hydro-powered tail at the eneny... or just in the opposite direction of which you're facing. Depends on whether the enemy's there or not. XD

Up B: Waterfall Croconaw jets up on a waterfall.

Meganium

Standard B: Razor Leaf Meganium shoots out a spinning leaf. Careful, it's sharp!

Side B: Reflect Meganium generates a temporary shield in front of itself. Will deflect projectile attacks.

Up B: Vine Whip Meganium extends a vine in an upward direction.

Hoenn Trainer (aka Brendan) (Pokemon series)

Pokemon: Treecko, Combusken and Swampert

Treecko

Standard B: Bullet Seed Treecko spits out seeds. Hey, what did you expect?

Side B: Energy Ball Treecko shoots a green ball of energy.

Up B: Vine Whip This seems to be a recurring thing in the Grass types, huh?

Combusken

Standard B: Ember Combusken shoots a medium-sized flame from its mouth.

Side B: Double Kick Combusken kicks forward once, then back once.

Up B: Sky Uppercut Combusken jumps into the air, its arm stretched out in a upwards punch. Similar to Mario and Luigi's Up B, but with no coins.

Swampert

Standard B: Mud Shot Swampert sprays mud from its mouth.

Side B: Mud Bomb Swampert shoots out a ball of mud.

Up B: Muddy Water Swampert jets upward on a stream of mud-filled water.

Sinnoh Trainer (aka Dawn) (Pokemon series)

Pokemon: Piplup, Grotle and Infernape

Piplup

Standard B: Water Gun Just like Squirtle's Standard B. Charge it up and let it fly!

Side B: Bubblebeam Piplup lets loose a stream of fast-moving bubbles.

Up B: Waterfall Just like Squirtle and Croconaw's Up B.

Grotle

Standard B: Leech Seed Grotle fires a seed. When it makes contact with another character, it has the same effect as Lip's Stick. It doesn't heal Grotle, unlike its effect in the Pokemon games.

Side B: Razor Leaf Grotle fires a spinning, razor-sharp leaf.

Up B: Vine Whip Uh-huh. Another Vine Whip.

Infernape

Standard B: Fire Punch Infernape's fist is covered in flames. It punches characters with its flaming hand.

Side B: .Fury Swipes Infernape swipes with its arm once. If it connects with another character, up to 5 continuous swipes can be performed.

Up B: Fire Spin Similar to Link, Donkey Kong and Bowser's Up B moves. Infernape spins madly, its arms aflame.

Hm. I had a simmilar idea, even calling him Johto trainer. But my rotation was Chikorita, Quilava, and Feraligatr. I figured that a somewhat heavy-weight quadraped would be too much, but meh. And I also think that Combusken would be better as a stand-alone character. But it's your moveset.

BOWSER JR.

Normal (green)
Red-His shell turns red
Blue-Blue shell
Light-Yellow shell
Dark-Black shell and skin

Side: Performs a flipping-headbutt.
Down: [METEOR SMASH] Kicks downward with strong force.

B Moves
Normal: Dash-charges up, preparing to run at the enemy; the longer B is held, the more speed/power/distance the attack will have.
Side: Shell-Throw-Throws a koopa shell (not as powerful as the item) at the enemy; 1/8 chance of throwing a red shell, which stays on the platforms.
Up: Jr. Shell Spin-Same as Bowser's Up-B.
Down: Hide!-On the ground, he will hide in his shell for about 4 seconds, invulnerable to damage. Midair=same thing, but turns upside-down to bomb the enemy, leaving him vulnerable for a short time after landing.

Taunts
Up-Spins around, saying "Ha, Ha!"
Side-Points at the opponent menacingly, saying "Heeheehee!"
Down-Jumps up and down saying "Nyaaaa!"

Win Poses
1. Spins around laughing and smirking.
2. Punches the air shouting "YAA!"

I don't think suing solves anything.

Except in this situation, of course. >:D

Nice character idea btw, it sums up Junior's character nicely. It's the first time I've seen a moveset based primarily off NSMB and SMG, which is an interesting change from the onslaught of Sunshine Juniors.

Side B Move (Chargeable): Same as above, only it shoots more powerful ice. It takes longer to charge, though. 10-20% Damage.
Up B Move: Jumps while pointing staff upward. 9% Damage.
Down B Move: Jumps slightly, drives the staff into the ground, and causes a limited distance earthquake. 20-30% Damage.

Smash Attacks:

Up Smash: Simple upward kick, like Wolf's. 7% Damage.
Side smash: Right strong kick. 10% Damage.
Down Smash: Splits kick. 8% Damage.

A Regular Moves.

Rapid A: Multiple kicks. 2% each
A+A+A: Punch, punch, kick. 7% Damage each.
A: Simple punch. 4% Damage.
Up A: High kick. 5% Damage.
Side A: Staff poke. 6% Damage.
Down A: Low punch. 3% Damage.

FINAL SMASH: Krazoa Summon:
She floats in the air with arms extended, and summons the seven Krazoa Spirits.
They fly in, circle the closest character, and encase them in a crystal. Easy to KO in this stage.

Others:

Shield: Like the glowing blue shield from SFA.

Taunts:

Up: Makes her staff float in the air, and grips it again.
Side: She looks at you and says "What are you looking at?"
Down: Crosses her arms and says "You're no match."

That about wraps it up!

Whew!

Not so interesting if you consider I've never played Sunshine :P

Anyway:

SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG

Overview
Shadow isn't as fast as Sonic, but he's definitely no slowpoke, and his Chaos abilities make him a good option for strategic attacking. He's somewhat heavier than Sonic (mostly due to his rocket boots), but his recovery ability is slightly above average, as is his defense; don't look for brute strength in Shadow, but don't immediately disregard him as a threat, either.

Entrance
Teleports in using Chaos Control.

Colours
Normal (Dark).
Red-His gloves and boots turn red.
Blue-Same as red, but they turn blue.
Light-His fur/skin is an overall lighter hue.

Availability
Unlockable
1. Beat Boss Battles on Intense difficulty with Sonic.
2. 750 vs. matches.

A Moves
A (Rapid): Punches rapidly. 2-3% damage per punch.
Side-A: Performs a Spin-Kick. 7-9% damage.
Up-A: Performs an Uppercut. 10-13% damage.
Down-A: Performs a leg-sweep. 7-10% damage.

Smash Attacks
Up-smash: Same as Sonic's. Variable damage, maximum=20%.
Side-Smash: Punches with all his might. 16-18% damage.
Down Smash: Hits the ground, causing a mini-shock wave. 13-15% damage.

Midair attacks
Normal: Punches. 8-9% damage.
Side: [METEOR SMASH] Performs a two-handed smash. 15-17% damage+meteor effect
Down: Same as Sonic's. 13-15% damage.
Up: Performs a back flip kick. 10-12% damage.

B Moves
Normal: Chaos Blast--Hold B to charge up a large burst of energy affecting Shadow's immediate surroundings. 1-40% damage, depending on charge time.

Side: Chaos Spear--Fires 1-3 (randomly) energy blasts that ricochet off surfaces up to three times. The spears gain speed and lose attack power with every reflection.
15%, 10%, or 5% depending on number of ricochets.

Up: Chaos Control--Teleports a medium distance in the direction held (note--Shadow can't teleport far without Chaos Emeralds). no damage.

Down: Same as Sonic's. Variable damage, minimum=8%

Taunts
Up--Crosses his arms saying, "Come on, stop playing around!"
Side--Points at the opponent menacingly, saying, "Don't cross me."
Down--Pulls out the Shadow Rifle and strikes a cool pose (why doesn't he use it?).

Win Poses
1. Looks up into the sky saying,"For Maria..."
2. Smirks saying, "Oh, I'm sorry, did that hurt?"

Final Smash
Super Shadow: Strength, speed, and jumping ability are all doubled (Chaos Blast will do a whopping 80% damage!); he can't fly, but he is invulnerable and can still stay airborne for quite a while.

Snake's Codec:

Snake: "Colonel, who is this guy? He looks like Sonic!"
Otacon: "That's Shadow the Hedgehog, Snake. He's a genetic experiment, created to be the 'Ultimate Life Form.'
Snake: "'Ultimate Life Form!?' How is a hedgehog the ultimate anything?"
Otacon: "Don't take Shadow for granted, Snake. He can use powerful energy-based moves like 'Chaos Blast, Chaos Control, and Chaos Spear'.
Snake: "Those moves wouldn't have anything to do with those Chaos Emeralds that Sonic uses, would they?"
Otacon: "Yes, now that you mention it. His strength, speed, and Chaos abilities are are doubled if he collects the Chaos Emeralds."
Snake: "Well then, I'll have to make sure he doesn't get the Emeralds, won't I?"

Well, if no one else is gonna stand up for the little guy, then I will!

Chibi-Robo

BASIC STATS
Size: Small
Weight: Light
Symbol: Silhouette of Chibi-Robo’s head.
Shield: Mug (Runs side-to-side quickly with mug on for shield dodges)

Entrance
The door on the Chibi-House opens up and he strides out (you can see Telly inside if you look real quick!). The House disappears in a puff.

Colors/“Suits”
-Standard (Gray)
-Red Team (Copper-colored)
-Green Team (Tinted dark-green)
-Blue Team (Tinted dark-blue)
-Super (Has Super Chibi-Robo emblem on his chest)
-Drake Redcrest (Dons Drake’s costume)

How to Unlock
Available from the start (cross your fingers for SSB4!).

A Moves
A) Chibi-Punch: A small jab from Chibi’s tiny fists. Press twice or thrice for a Mario-style punch/kick combo.
Up A) Whip Flip: Chibi-Robo does a small backflip, smacking the person above him and/or close to his sides with his body/cord.
Dash A) Chibi-Dive: Chibi-Robo jumps forward and tackles his opponent, flipping over behind them afterwards.
Down A) Double Whack: Chibi-Robo crouches and swings his arms straight down—hard—on each side.
Side A) Chibi-Kick: Chibi-Robo lands a kick square in the enemy’s chest (or face, depending on their height).

Smash Attacks
Side Smash) Plug Whip: Similar to Link’s Up-B (but it doesn’t make you jump). Chibi-Robo spins rapidly in place and whacks everybody nearby with his flying cord. It may cause dizziness.
Up Smash) Housecleaning: Chibi-Robo jumps straight up, pops open his head, and releases small bits of garbage into the air. Enemies can be damaged by all or one of the move’s “parts”.
Down Smash) Hyper Dig: Chibi-Robo digs jackhammer-fast with his spoon/shovel. Close enough rivals are buried in the ground!

Aerial Attacks
Neutral) 360 Whip: Chibi-Robo does a stationary aerial cartwheel (like that one taunt Mario has, only faster and more painful), hitting nearby foes with his cord/limbs.
Forward Air) Double Kick: Chibi-Robo kicks out with both feet simultaneously.
Back Air) Blind Slap: Chibi-Robo spins with a blind swing of his arm (right arm going clockwise if facing left, left arm going counterclockwise if facing right).
Up Air) Vertical Punch: Chibi-Robo punches the air (or anyone too close) with both fists.
Down Air) Squirter Slam: Chibi-Robo shoots down to the ground, blasting water out of his Squirter (akin to Link’s Down A).

B Moves
B) Chibi-Blaster: Chibi’s right arm turns into a chargeable blaster. Essentially identical in execution to Samus’s Arm Cannon, but the shots are smaller/weaker, flicker with sparks, and home in on the nearest character.
Side B) Toothbrush: Chibi-Robo smacks the nearest opponent with his toothbrush, baseball bat-style. This move can also deflect projectiles.
Up B) Chibi-Copter: A souped-up version of the previously hover-only Chibi-Copter! Chibi-Robo’s copter pops out of his head and he soars into the sky (about as high as Mr. Game and Watch’s Third Jump), damaging all who touch the propeller and creating powerful gusts of wind in the vicinity. You can glide afterwards or cancel the move.
Down B) Recharge: Chibi-Robo sits down, picks up his plug, and sticks it into the ground (this being the environmentally-friendly Chibi) to slowly restore health. The longer you recharge, the more health you will regain, but you are completely vulnerable during this move.

Grabs/Throws
Grab) Chibi-Robo lunges forward and snags the opponent with both hands. The top of his head pops open and he tosses his opponent inside.
Grab Attack) Storage Jostle: Chibi-Robo jumps up and down, shaking up his rival and making them take small, repeated amounts of damage.
Up Throw) Chibi-Launch: Chibi-Robo bends over and whips his head back, launching the enemy into the air.
Forward Throw) Chibi-Throw: Chibi-Robo bends backwards and whips his head forward, sending the enemy blasting ahead.
Back Throw) Backwards Toss: Chibi-Robo’s Forward Throw, but in reverse.
Down Throw) Chibi-Smash: Chibi-Robo starts a forward flip and, as his head points towards the ground, shoots his opponent down at high speed.

Taunts
Up: Super Chibi-Robo pose (Points in the air and rotates slowly for a few seconds).
Left/Right: A peg appears on the ground, which he sits down on for a few seconds.
Down: Spins toothbrush around his body, then holds it straight out and down to his side (a la getting a Cleaning Bonus).

Victory Poses
1. “Yes” sign pops out of his head and back.
2. Looks in all different directions, confused, as Telly flies around joyfully shooting confetti.
3. Runs back and forth, holding his plug over his head, then stops in the middle of the screen, dizzy.

Final Smash: Giga-Robo
The camera zooms in as Chibi-Robo jumps into the air. A giant Giga-Robo appears with a flash, with Chibi-Robo standing on his right shoulder. Giga-Robo can be controlled to move left and right and jump (doing tremendous, but not usually KO-worthy, damage) but he has no other attacks. The move ends as Giga-Robo runs out of power, collapsing into a heap on the ground. As an added bonus, Giga-Robo falls apart, and his giant limbs can be used as weapons.

So this fun topic won't die so soon:

SLY COOPER

Overview

Sly's abilities are mostly defensive; he has good speed and recovery, but you may have to batter your opponent for a while when playing as Sly, due to his below-average strength. Sly is deceptively heavy, and his stance is low to the ground, like Wolf's, so he isn't always an easy target. Since Sly relies on his cane in combat, his reach is above average.

Entrance

Materializes as though coming out of Shadow Power.

Colours

Normal (Blue).

Red--His clothing turns red.

Dark--His fur will darken noticeably.

Light--His clothes turn whiteish-gray.

Availability

Unlockable:

1. Inhale every character at least once with Kirby.

2. 800 vs. matches.

A Moves

A (Rapid): Swings his cane 3 times in succession. 2% per hit.

Side-A: Swings his cane more strongly, but only once. 6-9% damage.

Up-A: Performs an Uppercut with his cane. 5-8% damage.

Down-A: Performs a spin attack with his cane. 7-10% damage.

Smash Attacks

Up-smash: Performs a spinning uppercut with his cane. 9-12% damage.

Side-Smash: Bashes the enemy with a forward swing. 12-14% damage.

Down Smash: Sweeps his surroundings with his cane. 10-13% damage.

Midair attacks

Normal: Flips forward, swinging his cane. 5-7% damage.

Side: Jabs with his cane. 6-9% damage.

Down [Meteor Smash]: Dives downward, twirling his cane. 8-10% damage+meteor effect.

Up: Swings his cane upward. 7-9% damage.

B Moves

Normal: Cane Charge--Charges his cane up to three times (to be used in side and down-B moves); while charged, his cane will have an electric effect on whatever touches it. 2-3% damage per touch.

Side: Push Attack [electric]--Pushes forward with his cane. Base damage 8%, add 2% for every cane charge.

Up: Paraglider--Pulls out his paraglider and rides a thermal upwards for good altitude, then glides back down. The thermal will damage anyone directly underneath Sly. 4-6% damage.

Down: Spin attack [flame]--Performs a spin attack. Duration depends on how many charges the can has (Base=1 sec, x1=1.5 sec, x2=2 sec, x3=2.5 sec+power up). Either 6% or 9% damage, depending on charge.

Taunts

Up--Tosses his cane up in the air, then catches it.

Side--Points at the enemy with his cane, saying, "Don't mess with a master thief."

Down--Takes off his cap in mock respect.

[smash taunt]--Either Bentley or Murray will appear on his Binocucom screen and give him (useless) advice.

Win Poses

1. Holds a gold trophy, saying, "That job was a cakewalk."

2. Plants his cane in the ground, saying, "Time to go home."

Final Smash

Silent Obliteration--Press B near an opponent to instantly KO them (witht the Silent Obliteration animation from the Sly series) and steal whatever item they are holding (if no item is being held, a Maxim Tomato will appear next to Sly).

^ Ah, never thought of that one...

Okay, now this is one my brother made. I revised the grammar and stuff a little, but everything else will be a little different from the style of my last one.

Mallow

BASIC STATS
Size: Medium
Weight: Medium
Symbol: Geno Alliance Logo
Voice: High (Similar to Lucas's)

Entrance
Descends on a Lakitu Cloud.

Colors/“Suits”
-Standard
-Red Team (Red tint with dark-red striped pants)
-Green Team (Green tint with light-green striped pants)
-Blue Team (Blue tint with dark-blue striped pants)
-Prince Mallow (Royal purple and gold colored pants with small robe on back)
-Mario Mallow (Pants are blue with a little red on top and two buttons)

How to Unlock
Beat Classic Mode on Hard with Geno.

A Moves
A) Stretch Punch (Right Jab)
AA) Stretch Punch (Left Jab)
AAA) Stretches both arms out like a double punch
Up A) Same as AAA, but upwards
Dash A) Does a Dedede-style trip-flop
Down A) Does a little twirl with his arms stretched out on the ground
Side A) Enlarges his fist and punches

Smash Attacks
Side Smash) Claps his cymbals together.
Up Smash) Jumps off the ground a little and head-butts the air.
Down Smash) Slams the ground with enlarged fists on both sides of his body.

Aerial Attacks
Neutral) Claps cymbals together (facing the screen). A little sound wave surrounds his body.
Forward Air) Enlarges fists and does a DK-style slam.
Back Air) Does a donkey kick.
Up Air) Enlarges his feet and kicks upwards.
Down Air) Extends legs and kicks downwards.

B Moves
B) Lets off a chargeable electrical field (similar to Kirby's Spark ability). If fully charged, it has a large radius.
Side B) Stretches his arms out to grab the opponent. If you do, hold down B. The longer you
hold B, the farther Mallow will stretch his arms back (slingshot-style), the farther the opponent will fly, and the more damage the opponent will take when he/she hits the ground.

Up B) Pushes himself off the ground with enlarged hands and arms. If used in mid-air, it becomes a tether recovery.
Down B) Blows ice-cold wind which freezes the ground in front of him. The ice lasts for quite a while, and will momentarily freeze anyone who touches it.

Grabs/Throws
Grab) Stretches out arms towards opponent.
Grab Attack) Head-butt
Up Throw) Tosses opponent upwards and launches his torso/head, which head-butts the opponent.
Forward Throw) Slams opponent in-between his cymbals.
Back Throw) Electrocutes the opponent then slams them into the ground behind him.
Down Throw) Similar to Up B.

Taunts
Up: Fist-pumps the air with both hands and says "Alright!"
Left/Right: Points in the direction he's facing and says "Better luck next time!"
Down: Jumps up and down merrily and slams his cymbals.

Victory Poses
1. See Up Taunt.
2. Slams his cymbals together loudly.
3. Glares at the screen and lets off a couple of sparks.

Final Smash: Snowman
Mallow's torso/head levitates upwards and he raises his arms to the sky. A giant snowman (roughly the size of Giga Bowser) appears and follows Mallow around. Anyone (except for Mallow) who touches it will freeze and remain frozen until the Final Smash is over. Those hit in midair will plummet to their doom and those on the ground are completely vulnerable to Mallow’s other attacks.

Toad (Mario series)

Entrance: A Potion from SMB2 is thrown from off screen, a door materialises in his spot, it opens and he walks out as it vanishes (very similar to Pikachu/Jigglypuff)

Size: Small
Weight: Small (light?)
Symbol: Mushroom (same as Mario's)
Voice: The Super Mario Bros Super Show Toad.. ok, for real- any voice that he's had would be fine.

A Moves

A: Simple punch. 3% Damage.
A+A: Punch, punch. 3, 5%
"Endless" A (you know, when you hold down the button): Same as above, except the damage is slightly lower. 2, 4%
Up A: Waving hit (similar to Zelda's, without the magic). 4%
Side A: He reaches over with both fists (very much like Diddy's) 6%
Down A: Low kick. 4%
Running A: Body check (much like the same move from Mario Baseball) 5%

Smash Attacks

Left/Right Smash: Like Peach, Toad has 3 random items he uses to bludgeon his foes with..
Tennis Racket (most common) 6%
Anchor (second, hits slightly harder and farther) 8%
Warp Whistle (Third, hits higher, and hits harder than the Racket) 7%

Up: Headache (similar to Mario's, only Toad's is a multi-hitter: at the start, in the middle, at the end) 8, 5, 3%
Down: Double Kick (Toad kick's out in both directions, very much like Kirby/Jigglypuff) 7%

Air moves

Neutral A: Air Spin (much like Kirby's) 5%
Up Air: Two fists (he does a double punch upwards) 6%
Forward: Lunger (Toad throws his whole body into a corkscrew, double fists first) 6%
Backward: the Kicker (similar to Lunger, only his feet go first) 7%
Down: Running from the Troopas (same as Yoshi's, but not quite as powerful. Meteor Smash is a possibility) 6, 5, 4, 4..

Grab/Throws

Grab Hit: Toad hits the enemy with his head. 3%
Up Throw: Toad brings out a net (from Mario Party 4, I believe) and throws the opponent upwards with it. 7%
Down Throw: Toad slams opponent to the ground and does a short hop, the Butt Slams onto the opponent. 6, 8%
Back (as in the opposite direction Toad is facing): Toad leans over backwards, then tosses the opponent over his head. 5%
Forward: Toad picks up the opponent and literally throws them in the direction Toad is facing. 6%

B Moves:

B: Hammer! (Toad pulls out his hammer from Mario Party 4. Chargeable) 4-9%
Up B: P-wing (Toad dons Raccoon Gear for a short flight upwards. Like Sonic's, nobody is hurt when the move is being performed, unless you get too close too the tail) Tail- 5%
Side B: Go-Kart (just like Wario, Toad jumps onto his go-kart. Toad's is slightly faster, and you have no chance of crashing) 7%
Down B: Bomb or Veggie (Toad either pulls out a bomb from Wario's Woods, or an un-ripened veggie. The bombs have almost the same power as Link's, but no blast radius after being thrown from Toad's hand.. and no, the bombs don't hurt Toad if being held when the explosion happens) Bomb- 6% when thrown, 8% when caught on top of explosion (if you were standing right next to it, in other words) Veggie- 3-7% (none of Toad's are ripened, un-like Peach's)

FINAL SMASH: Mushroom House (SMB3)
Camera zooms in on Toad when you activate the FS (Toad also says something like Yaaay or Yahoo! As it zooms back out, we see that the stage has become something like an 8bit turned modern version of inside the Mushroom Houses from SMB3. Toad then moves extremely quickly, stuffing his opponents into the three boxes in his house, and this somehow causes MASSIVE DAMAGE!.. ok, so if you have high damage, this does have KO potential.

Colors:

Standard
Reverse Standard- white dots, red 'cap'
Red team- Red dots, red vest
blue team- Blue dots blue vest
Green team- green dots, green vest
Yellow dots, yellow vest
Mario Party 4 outfit
Toadsworth coloring
Toadette coloring
'Evil' Toad (as seen in Paper Mario When the Koopa Bros were blocking your path West from Toadtown

Taunts:

Up: does a flip and a peace sign, also saying Sweet!
Side: pulls his tennis racket out, and does a short spin while holding it (like when he wins a match in Mario Tennis 64)
Down: bounces around in a short circle, while holding his arms up and looking happy (similar to his art for Mario Party..5? 6?.. also similar to one of the Ice Climber's taunts)

Winning Poses:

1. Picks up a giant Shyguy that was on the screen, hefts it off screen, wipes away a sweat drop
2. Runs in from left, trips on his own feet (says Ack!), falls on his bottom, looks at player, does a shrug (looks slightly dazed/confused)
3. Rides in from back/right on his go-kart, jumps out and grabs a Mario Kart-esuqe trophy that was in his spot, holds it up and says "I'm the best!"

I'm not very good at coming up with numbers for hit percentages, so if someone wants to change/improve this, feel free.

EDIT: Krystal's B moves deleted. Whoops!

SORA

Overview

Sora, due to the power of the Keyblade, is stronger than average, but he's also a teenager, making him very light (about the same as Zelda). His recovery becomes invaluable because of this. His magic ability gives him access to both flame and freeze elements. Sora also has a good mix of short and long-range attacks. The Keyblade's weight slows him down a bit, but that doesn't stop him from bringing the hurt.

Entrance

A save point appears from which Sora will spawn before summoning the Keyblade.

Colours

Normal.

Blue--Blue clothes.

Red--Red clothes.

Green--Green clothes.

Dark--He will wear his clothes from KH2.

Light--He will wear the clothes worn by his Final Form in KH2.

Availability

Unlockable:

1. Complete Boss Battles on Intense with Marth, Ike, Link, Toon Link, or Meta Knight.

2. 850 vs. matches.

3. Complete the Subspace Emissary 100% and beat him when he appears.

A Moves

A+A+A--Standard Combo: Performs the standard 3-hit combo from Kingdom Hearts. 2%+4%+6% damage.

Side-A--Vortex: Swings the Keyblade in a circle around him. 10-12% damage.

Up-A--Upper Slash: Swings the Keyblade upward, knocking the enemy into the air. 9-11% damage.

Down-A--Key Sweep: Swings the Keyblade forward while ducking. 9-12% damage.

Smash Attacks

Up-smash--Blizzard [FREEZE]: Casts the Blizzard spell, freezing the opponent for a split second before launching him into the air. 15-18% damage+freeze effect.

Side-Smash--Blitz: Sings the Keyblade with all his might. 17-20% damage.

Down Smash--Fire [FLAME]: Casts the fire spell, scorching anyone near him. 14-16% damage+flame effect.

Midair attacks

Normal--Aerial Spiral: Flips while swinging the Keyblade. 3% damage per hit.

Side--Horizontal Slash: Rapidly slashes at the target. 4% damage per hit.

Down--Aerial finish [METEOR SMASH]: Performs a strong finishing move, knocking the opponent downward immediately. 14-16% damage+meteor effect.

Up--Finishing Leap: Gains slightly higher altitude while swinging the Keyblade upward. 12-14% damage.

B Moves

Normal--Guard: Guards against an enemy's attack, stunning physical attackers and reflecting projectiles. Variable damage.

Side--Strike Raid: Throws the Keyblade to damage opponents and then return with a boomerang effect. Unlike Link's boomerang, it has a much higher degree of control. 8% damage going out, 10% damage returning.

Up--Aerial Dodge+Superglide: Leaps into the air, dodging all attacks, then performs his Superglide ability (comparable to Peach's gliding, with less duration). No damage.

Down--Sonic Blade: Rushes forward to attack the enemy. Press B after the initial attack for up to six more passes. 1% initial, add 1% for every additional attack. 28% damage max.

Taunts

Up--Twirls the Keyblade in his hand.

Side--Swings his Keyblade in an X-pattern, saying, "Back off!"

Down--Creates a sphere of light at the tip of the Keyblade

Win Poses

1. Gives a thumbs up, saying, "Let's see Riku pull that off!"

2. Puts the Keyblade on his shoulder, saying, "That's the power of the Keyblade!"

Final Smash

Trinity Limit: Goofy and Donald will appear near Sora. Goofy will attack and stun enemies, which Donald will then cast Thundaga on, for about 100% damage to each enemy (without launching them). Donald will cast Curaga on Sora, healing up to 70% damage, then leave with Goofy. For the for the duration of the attack, Sora's attack power will be increased. His Fire spell becomes Firaga, and his Blizzard spell becomes Blizzaga. Finally, the attack ends.

Anyone that touches the Sun is almost guaranteed to get KOed, and Geno may move freely during his Final Smash.

RAYMAN

Rayman, the limbless wonder, is a fairly balanced character with a variety of wacky moves. Due to his lack of substance, he is fairly light. To make up for his launchability (is that a word?), he has good recovery.

Guess I'll give in and post my Mona moveset (which I'd rather have in a thread in Video Game Chat, but...).

Mona

Pre-Smooth Moves voice, features many costumes from the games, including the Wario costume. There are at least six, but none really qualify for a green team... so at least one would have to be made-up.

B- Pizza Toss. Hot pizza! Its scaldingness hurts! If you miss an enemy, it will stay on the floor and damage those who touch it until it cools off. Then it can be eaten to restore health.

Side B- Mona Scooter. Quite like the Wario Bike, but faster.

Up B- The umbrella. It functions pretty much the same as Peach's parasol, but the only thing you can see is a Form Baton.

Down B- Gelato Bowl. Mona can pick up an item, which she puts into the bowl. When she's collected three items, she can eat her delicious creation for health dependent on the items. She can pick up the scooter with this, but it won't count as one of the three items, nor will it add to the health restoration. It's the same as Wario eating his bike.

Final Smash- Dessert. Mona makes gelato rain down in huge globs, trapping enemies and chilling them for damage. A smash attack can blast an enemy out of their tasty prison, but that may be a good idea only after enough damage has been accumulated.

Taunts:
1. "Hurry up!"
2. Bass
3. Right on!
All your dreeeeeeams begiiin to shatterrrrrr~
It's YOUR problem!

ok this is a weird one to have come up with, but the story is before Brawl came out, I had a dream I was playing Brawl and this character was in the game, and after thinking about it, I came up with a moveset.

Bullet Bill:

A medium weight character with average attack power.

Stantard Moves:

A: punches his arm out in front of him
down A: spins quickly hitting opponent with the fire
up A: hits with his head.

Smash Attacks:
Right: Like Reg. A, but charged
Up A: like rob's up A
Down A: like reg. down A, but charged

Special moves:
B: in an instant, a bullet bill launcher appears above him and launches a bullet bill. It will shoot straight if B is tapped, and it will be guided if B is held down.
Side B: he charges, then launches himself forward, like Luigi or Pikachu's side B
Up B: it is similar to Diddy Kong's up B, but he uses himself to launch.
Down B: Explosion. He charges up and releases an explosion.

Final Smash:
Banzai Bill: he grows into Banzai Bill and shoots forward, like Ganondorf's final smash

Rosalina and Polari

Rosalina and Polari make a good defense-based team. Rather than aiming for Polari, who is small and hard to hit (meaning that essentially he is invulnerable), go for Rosalina, the dominant target of the pair. Rosalina is somewhat light and frail, so she can't take much of a beating. Her speed is in the medium-fast range, complementing her great defensive moves.

Rosalina flys in as though shot from a launch star.

Colours

Normal-The clothing she wears in SMG.

White-Rosalina wears her Biker outfit from MKWii

Blue-Rosalina's dress turns midnight blue.

Up Smash: Rosalina shoots many star-shaped rays upward before launching the opponent. 1% damage per hit by the rays + 10-12% damage from the final hit.

Down Smash: Polari circles rapidly around Rosalina, creating a small shockwave. 9-12% damage.

Aerial Attacks

Neutral: Rosalina spins around in mid-air with her wand held out. 3-4% damage per hit.

Forward: Rosalina swings forward with her wand. 8-10% damage.

Up: Rosalina jabs upward with her wand. 7-10% damage.

Down: Rosalina creates a burst of damaging energy below her. 8-9% damage.

B Moves

Neutral-Force Field: Rosalina creates a force field to damage anyone close by and reflect projectiles. 8% damage to anyone touching the field.

Side-Star Bit: Rosalina shoots a star bit directly forward, stunning whoever it hits. 5% damage + stun effect.

Up-Transform: Polari transforms into a sling star, launching Rosalina in whatever direction is indicated (similar to Fire Fox). No damage.

Down-Power Tackle: Polari tackles forcefully directly ahead. 9-11% damage.

Grabs/Throws

Up: Rosalina hurts the enemy with an energy attack from her wand before launching them upward. 5-7% damage.

Side: Polari attacks the enemy being held by Rosalina, breaking her grip and knocking them back sideways. 6-8% damage.

Down: Rosalina slams the opponent into the grouind with a telekinetic force from her wand. 5-8% damage.

Taunts

Up: Rosalina creates a small star with her wand which glows for a moment then disappears.

Side: Rosalina feeds Polari several star bits, amking him swell up.

Down: Rosalina hovers a couple of inches off the ground for a moment.

Victory Poses

1. Several Lumas float around Rosalina giggling.

2. Rosalina stands looking victorious while falling star bits land all around her.

Final Smash

Prankster Comet: The screen zooms out to show a prankster comet orbiting the stage. While it's there, the oppenents will be affected randomly, while Rosalina will be faster and stronger. Effects on enemies include sleeping, poison, stunning, tripping, and random taunting.

Neutral) Air Twirl: Spins 360.
Forward Air) Dual Kick: Snaps his legs forwards.
Back Air) Dual Back Kick: Snaps his legs backwards.
Up Air) Deku Flip: Does an aerial backflip, delivering a kick along the way.
Down Air) Split Kick: Does the splits in mid-air, then snaps his legs together and plummets down.

B Moves
B) Deku Nut: Snaps a Deku Nut in front of himself. This acts as a standard Deku Nut item would, though the dizziness caused does not last as long. If used in conjunction with Deku Link's Up B, the nuts will drop and explode.
Side B) Bubble Blast: Shoots a chargeable bubble that moves in the fashion of Mewtwo's B. If fully charged, it hits the opponent with the damage of Samus's B, but traps them inside for a while. If overcharged, it will snap in Deku Link's face with an effect similar to Diddy's overcharged B.
Up B) Flower Propellers: Pulls out two Deku Flowers and blasts up into the air. Deku Link can then float down (the flowers will fall apart after a while) or cancel.
Down B) Switch: Switch to Goron Link.

Grabs/Throws
Grab) Lunges forward with both hands and grabs the opponent.
Grab Attack) Deku Pound: Repeatedly punches the opponent.
Up Throw) Vertical Kick: Kicks the opponent sharply in the chin, causing them to fly upwards.
Forward Throw) Bubble Shot: Creates a bubble, which envelops the opponent and blasts them ahead before popping.
Back Throw) Floor Kick: Turns around and throws the opponent on the ground, then ricochets them backwards with a kick.
Down Throw) Back Spin: Jumps onto his opponent and spins rapidly on their back.

Taunts
Up: Pulls out a flower, stares at it mournfully, then puts it away.
Left/Right: Pulls out his Deku Trumpets (or whatever those things were) and plays the Sonata of Awakening.
Down: Waves dual flower propellers up and down like flags.

Victory Poses
1. Same as Up Taunt.
2. Sprays a stream of bubbles, then glances over his shoulder at the screen.
3. Does a handstand, then front-flips and looks at the screen.

Goron Link

Colors/“Suits”
-Standard
-Red Team (Red hat/shorts)
-Green Team (Green skin—behold, the Hulk!)
-Blue Team (Blue hat/shorts)
-"Fierce Deities" (White hat/shorts, purple stripes under eyes and down back)
-"Golden Squad" (Golden gloves, shorts, and hat)

A Moves
A) Goron Combo: Punches opponent. Repeated tapping (AA and AAA) yields the same punch-punch-buttslam combo as in Majora’s Mask.
Up A) Uppercut: Just what the name implies, though Goron Link stays stationary and doesn’t rotate along with the move.
Dash A) Bellyflop: Basically identical to King Dedede’s bellyflop, but with more of a jump to it.
Down A) Crush: Slams a fist on the ground; can bury opponent.
Side A) Backwards Shove: A more powerful version of Goron Link’s AAA.

Smash Attacks
Side Smash) Double Crush: Clasps hands together like a hammer and slams them on the ground ahead.
Up Smash) Curled Jump: Goes into “ball” form and then throws himself upwards.
Down Smash) Stomp: Jumps, then stomps down hard.

Aerial Attacks
Neutral) Curled Spin: Rolls into a ball, then spins in midair.
Forward Air) Goron Smash: Smacks hands together.
Back Air) Singular Kick: Does a backwards kick with one foot.
Up Air) Aerial Uppercut: Does a 360 with an uppercut.
Down Air) Descending Pound: Same as Side Smash, but smashes hands directly downwards.

B Moves
B) Powder Keg: Pulls out a Powder Keg and lays on the ground in front of him. The item has the physical properties of a rolling crate, though heavier—and only Goron Link can pick it up. Its blast range is roughly that of a Smart Bomb, but the explosion takes a couple of seconds to occur after the Powder Keg is set. A dud is an occasional possibility.
Side B) Goron Roll: Goron Link rolls into a ball and races forward. This attack, though closely akin to Jigglypuff’s Rollout/Yoshi’s Egg Roll (can be stopped by jumping out of it), is quite powerful. Randomly, spikes will sprout, which increases the attack’s power.
Up B) Goron Rush: Goron Link curls into a ball and rushes upwards. This attack has the same chances of a "spike sprout" as his Side B. Not canceling the fall will produce a damaging impact similar to Dedede’s Up B.
Down B) Switch: Switch to Zora Link.

Grabs/Throws
Grab) Grabs the opponent by the neck and lifts them off the ground with one hand.
Grab Attack) Shake: Shakes the opponent.
Up Throw) Vertical Hurl: Opponent is thrown upwards.
Forward Throw) Midair Punch: Tosses opponent, then punches them away while they’re in midair.
Back Throw) Over-the-Shoulder: Tosses opponent over his shoulder, then donkey-kicks them backwards.
Down Throw) Spiked Crush: Plants opponent on the ground, then runs over them with spikes out.

Taunts
Up: Places his fists on his sides and smiles at the screen.
Left/Right: Shadowboxes.
Down: Pulls out drums and plays the Goron Lullaby.

Victory Poses
1. Does his A combo towards the screen.
2. Lays down on his side and smiles at the screen.
3. Curls up into a ball and rolls erratically about the screen, stopping finally to stand up and grin.

Zora Link

Colors/“Suits”
-Standard
-Red Team (Red scales and shorts)
-Green Team (Green scales)
-Blue Team (Dark-blue scales and shorts)
-"Fierce Deities" (White scales and shorts, white eyes, purple stripes down limbs and under eyes)
-"Golden Squad" (Golden gloves, shorts, and scales)

A Moves
A) Fin Slice: Hits opponent with fin with a slash of the arm. Repeated tapping (AA and AAA) yields the same slash-slash-backwards kick combo as in Majora’s Mask.
Up A) Elbow Jab: Strikes upwards with the side of his finned arm.
Dash A) Roll Dash: Roll towards and double-kicks the opponent.
Down A) Low Sweep: Leg-sweeps the opponent.
Side A) Zora Kick: Does a side-kick.

Smash Attacks
Side Smash) Kickflip: Does a front flip, kicking his legs upwards as he does so.
Up Smash) Double Slice: Places palms together and thrusts his fins up in a slicing motion.
Down Smash) Ground Slash: Sweeps the ground with an arm-fin; first one direction, then the other.

Aerial Attacks
Neutral) Aerial Spread: Sticks his leg out (Like Mario's Neutral).
Forward Air) Forward Cut: Puts his arms together and slices down with both.
Back Air) Back-Kick: Kicks one leg backwards.
Up Air) Reverse Slice: Does a backflip while slicing with his leg-fins.
Down Air) Dive: Slams down in a swan-dive position.

B Moves
B) Zora Shield: Puts up a force-field (Identical to Ness' Down B. The only difference is that Zora Link can walk—but not run—while he uses it). Zora Link can't attack while this move is in use. Also, the force-field will automatically disappear after a couple seconds.
Side B) Boomerang Fins: Tosses both fins, which fly out a fair distance (somewhat farther than Link’s Boomerang). Zora Link's Boomerang Fins are quick, but attacks that involve his fins are significantly weakened until they return.
Up B) Upstream: A waterfall appears and Zora Link swims up it. Can be directed somewhat, like Pikachu's Up B, though only in one direction. This attack is similar to Squirtle's, but it goes farther faster.
Down B) Switch: Switch to Deku Link.

Grabs/Throws
Grab) Grabs the opponent.
Grab Attack) Electric Shock: Zaps the opponent with his force-field.
Up Throw) Hydro Throw: Launches the opponent upwards with a blast of water.
Forward Throw) Zora Rush: Bull-rushes the opponent and knocks them back.
Back Throw) Blind Slam: Falls backwards and slams the opponent into the ground behind him.
Down Throw) Current: Pins the opponent to the ground, then pushes off of them and blasts them with a water spout.

Taunts
Up: Crosses his arms and looks upwards while chuckling.
Left/Right: Throws his fins, which spin around his body and reattach.
Down: Whips out his guitar and performs the New Wave Bossa Nova (Part I)

Victory Poses
1. Rolls up to the screen and crouches.
2. Pulls out his guitar and plays the New Wave Bossa Nova (Part II).
3. Swims up in a stream of water, then stands up and crosses his arms.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Final Smash: Fierce Deity Link
Young Link takes off whatever mask he's wearing and dons the Fierce Deity's Mask. FDL has the same moveset as Link, but with minor alterations. FDL's boomerang, arrows, and bombs are larger, and the bombs emit white or purple smoke. His sword is now the Double Helix and all sword attacks release short-range sword beams. Also, the damage of FDL's attacks is twice as powerful as Link’s. However, FDL can take damage and is slower and larger than Link (similar to Ganondorf).

Wow, this took a while to type.

Character

The Squeaks

Overview

Like the Pokemon Trainer, the Squeaks are three characters in one, cycling in the folowing order: Spinni, Doc, Storo. All of them have different ups and downs to their fighting style; if you truly want to master the Squeaks, you'll have to utilize all of their strengths.

Spinni

Spinni is the speed of the Squeaks, and as such, his movements almost rival Sonic's. His jumping and recovery are average, and while he isn't exceptionally strong, he more than makes up for it with his agility.

Doc

Doc is neither very fast, very slow, very weak, or very strong; but his many projectile attacks allow him to stay away from the fierce fighting and attack from a distance. What really makes Doc stand out is his excellent recovery, which is as good as Pit's. Doc also has three, count 'em, three explosive-based attacks.

Storo

Storo is the brawn of the operation. He can match muscles with Bowser and Ganondorf, but his strength comes at a price: speed. Storo isn't agile by any stretch, but he's heavy and strong, so in a toe-to-toe fight, he'll probably come out on top.

Entrance

The pre-designated starting character appears in a spotlight.

For all the rest, the parts of the Squeaks that are normally red turn different colors.

I keep hoping this topic will make a come-back...

Anyway, here goes:

Character

Jak and Daxter

Overview

Jak is a unique character with strong physical and long range attacks. He uses his morph gun and Dark and Light Eco-based powers to assure victory. Jak is moderately heavy and slow, with a feel similar to Wolf's, due to his armor and weaponry. Jak really stands out in his various special damage types, including dark, electric, and fire damage. With a great recovery and good attack power, Jak is a good choice for one-on-one or free-for-all matches. Daxter, on the other hand, doesn't do any fighting, but his sharp tongue can deliver some biting taunts.

Entrance

A warp gate appears, out of which jumps Jak, with Daxter riding on his shoulder.

Colours

Normal

Red-Jak's primarily blue outfit turns red, with his hair turning a darker yellow than normal.

Blue-All parts of Jak's wardrobe that aren't already blue turn blue.

Yellow-A similar effect to red, but his hair will be a lighter yellow instead of darker.

Dark-Jak will look like Dark Jak.

Side-Dark Strike[DARK]: Hold B to charge for more damage, then release to create a discharge of Dark Eco. Not only does it damage enemies, but when it's fully charged, it will also break through any destructible environment in a single hit.

Down-Light Shield: Jak creates a shield of Light Eco that will deflect projectiles. However, the shield will eventually break from rapid fire. The shield will also slightly damage anyone Jak makes physical contact with. 5-7% damage per hit.

Up-Light Flight: Jak creates wings of light and flies for a time similar to Pit, although Light Flight's duration is noticeably shorter.

Victory Poses

1. Daxter shouts "Oh, Yeah! Fear the power of Orange Lightning!"

2. Jak pulls off his mask and goggles, saying, "This one's for Damas."

3. When fighting against Zero Suit Samus, Zelda, or Peach, Daxter will say "How'd you like that, ladies?"

Final Smash

Dark Bomb[DARK]: Jak jumps into the air, then slams back down, creating a massive Dark Eco shockwave that will instantly launch and deal damage to anyone in its path; if the enemy(ies) are over 50% damage, it's almost guaranteed to KO them.

General Scales:

The tyrant of Sauria is very cranky about his treatment at the end of SFA. He moves very slow, but his attacks have lots of power and is extremely difficult to knock around thanks to his bulky body and his heavy armor.

Colors:
1. Red scales with pink armor.
2. Blue scales with yellow armor.
3. Yellow scales with purple armor.
4. Black scales with red armor.

How to unlock: You must beat all of the single and double player events on hard. Then beat the final single-player event on hard with either Fox, Falco, or Wolf.

B+Up-Hookclaw: GS's fake claw will work like an upwards hookshot and act as a tether recovery. Can be used as a grab to drag foes above you down.

Snakes Codec:

Snake: Whats up with that big green guy wearing a skirt?
Colonel: That's General Scales Snake, he rules Sauira with an iron fist. Both literally and figuratively. But then Fox came in and put an end to his rule.
Snake: There must have been one epic battle between Fox and Scales.
Colonel: Actually, epic isn't the word you looking for, Fox didn't even lay a finger on Scales. Scales sort of gave up his spirit.
Snake: What? This guy must be a complete pushover!
Colonel: Be careful Snake, Scales is very skilled in hand and sword combat.
Snake: So, I still don't think he would stand much of a chance against modern weaponry,
Colonel: (Sighs) Snake, when will you learn to not underestimate you enemies?

Snake: Oh no! I realised I'm carrying around thousands of gadgets that he could easily swipe! Maybe if I chant "Popple, no swiping" three times...
Mei Ling: Snake, I seriously doubt that would work. Anyways, he is constantly searching for a buddy he likes to call "rookie," like a buzzard seeks out a feast on the side of the road.
Snake: Hmmm... I think that Popple and that purple crocodile I saw earlier would make a great team!
Mei Ling: You mean Croco? Nawww, I think that Popple and Ms. Mowz would make such a cute couple!
Snake: Well, I just thankful he doesn't have any rookies at the moment!

Frank West
The Dead Rising guy. Frank can gain PP (indicated by a meter above his head); when it becomes full, he levels up, making his attacks stronger.

Costumes:
1. Black leather jacket, white shirt, greenish slacks
2. Same as #1, but without jacket
3. Classy hat and suit
4. Mega Man outfit
5. Pink foral dress

Attacks:

A: Normal punch

A Forward: Kick

A Down: Sweep kick

A Up: Uppercut

Dash attack: Rolls into opponent, knocking them over

B: When you press B, Frank goes into camera mode, wherein he will stand still (the movement stick being used to rotate his view) and a cone of vision indicates his camera view. Pressing A in camera mode will take a photo. The idea is to take photos of various things happening to get PP. Taking a photo of an item gets you a tiny amount, getting a shot of an opponent gets you a little more (a bonus is awarded if they're facing you), and photographing someone being knocked off the playing field gets you the most PP.

Grab: Frank grabs the opponent by their shoulders

Grab attack: Frank punches the opponent in the gut

Forward throw: Frank does a hammer throw

Down throw: Frank does that wrestling move where you slam an opponent's face into the ground

Up throw: Frank throws the opponent upward

Final Smash - Queen Bee: Frank takes out one of those jars with the bee in it and hurls it on the ground, knocking everyone near him way backward.

Taunts:

1. "I've covered wars, you know."

2. "Come on!"

3. Frank does that sexy dance he does when he puts on dresses.

Victory pose: Frank checks his camera and dusts off the lens

Symbol: Frank's camera

Theme: The music that plays during the opening helicopter sequence

Snake's codec:

Snake: Hey, who's that guy over there? Is he covering this for a newspaper?
Colonel: That's Frank West, photojournalist. Do you remember the viral outbreak incident in Willamette?
Snake: Yeah, I read up on it.
Colonel: He was one of the few survivors that escaped.
Snake: Well, what's he doing here? Doesn't look like he has much combat experience.
Colonel: I wouldn't underestimate him, Snake. He's covered wars, you know.
Snake: ... What?
(Colonel Campbell signs off)
Snake: *sigh*

Man, Glorb. That's a really cool idea for a special move. I never would have thought of that...

Well, time for my new moveset.

Dr. Eggman

Heavyweight. Has a metal backpack-like thing on his back, with four robotic arms jutting out of it. He mainly uses these to attack.

B—Eggmine: Eggman throws an egg-shaped bomb, using the control stick to determine the range of the throw. Weaker than Snake’s grenades, and they explode faster, exploding mid-air if you do the strong throw.

Side B--- Deploy Robot: Eggman spawns a small Grounder robot*(Kirby-sized), which spins its drills as it continues in a straight path, until it falls off a ledge or explodes after being alive for a while or hitting a wall. Only one Grounder can be on the stage at a time.

Up B--- Rotary Arms: Eggman’s robotic arms from his pack shift upwards and form a propeller, giving him a moderate amount of lift diagonally.

Down B--- Robotnik Reversal: Eggman’s mechanical arms shoot forward. If they make contact with an attack, Eggman shouts “I think not!” and the arms grab the opponent, and Eggman spins and throws them. The strength of the opposing attack determines how far the opponent flies.

Final Smash--- Eggtillery Mk III: Eggman laughs and says “I’ve been working on a little upgrade!” as his robotic backpack’s arms become rocket launchers. Eggman stands still as you use the control stick to aim where you fire his rockets. The last two rockets are highly-deadly homing rockets.
Taunts
1--- Eggman presses his fingers together and grins, saying “Isn’t it geninus?”
2--- Eggman’s robotic arms give thumbs-ups as Eggman laughs
3--- Eggman raises a fist and says “Who’s too slow?!”

Victory Poses:
1--- Eggman laughs with his fists in the air as the robotic arms twirl wrenches
2--- Eggman sits on a stool, twiddling his thumbs, as he holds a cup of tea in one robotic hand and a saucer in another, taking a sip every so often
3--- Eggman stands with his robot arm pack on the ground, with one foot on it, and one fist on his chest and one hand behind his back, in a Napoleon-esque pose, as he says “Yes, I did win!”

Snake’s Codec
Snake: Otacon, who’s the guy with the walrus moustache over here?
Otacon: He’s Dr. Eggman, Snake! He’s THE Eggman!
Snake: Well, goo goo g’joob.
Otacon:…what?
Snake: Nevermind. Well, what can you tell me about this guy.
Otacon: He’s an evil mastermind highly skilled in mechanics. He uses his brilliant mind to create robots and weapons that can destroy the world!
Snake: Man, how smart IS this guy!?
Otacon: He has an IQ of 300, Snake.
Snake: Man, that makes you sound about as smart as a moose…
Otacon: Hey!
-End Codec-

*Here's what a Grounder Robot looks like:
No! I don't want that!

This is one in a series of three new movesets my incomparable moveset-making brother fashioned a little while ago (as always, I just cleaned up a little of the grammer, fixed the descriptions, and gave more moves names). More forthcoming!

Skull Kid

BASIC STATS
Size: Medium
Weight: Light
Symbol: Triforce

Entrance
Skull Kid slowly materializes, then puts on Majora’s Mask.

Movement
Skull Kid hovers in the style of Mewtwo, Tael floating behind him.

Colors/“Suits”
Red-Normal appearance
Green-Dark-green clothes
Blue-Dark-blue clothes
Dark-Black clothes

How to Unlock
Play SSB4 on a Wii console with Twilight Princess data or play 700 Vs. Mode matches.

A Moves
A) Slap: Slaps in front of him. AA=Slap with other hand; AAA=Both hands at once.
Up A) Jump-Jab: Jabs upwards, striking with the Mask’s horns.
Dash A) Forward Lunge: Lunges forward.
Down A) Foot-Jab: Kicks both feet downward.
Side A) Crescent Sweep: Leg-sweeps in mid-air.

Smash Attacks
Side Smash) Scraper: Rakes downward on the opponent’s face with his fingers.
Up Smash) Vertical Kick: Faces the screen and kicks his feet up over his head.
Down Smash) Hover Drop: Lies horizontally in mid-air and slams downwards.

Aerial Attacks
Neutral) Ensnarement: Tentacles launch out of the mask and spread out around Skull Kid’s body.
Forward Air) Dual Kick: Kicks both feet out in front of himself, slightly moving in the opposite direction as he does so.
Back Air) Kick-Flip: Kick-flips.
Up Air) Rising Hit: Pushes himself upward slightly.
Down Air) Headfirst Dive: Slams horns-first into the ground.

B Moves
B) Dart Flute: Pulls out his flute and rapid-fires darts. This attack has an even faster rate than Fox’s gun and never needs to pause for reload. There is no knockback.
Side B) Bull Rush: Charges up a horns-first bull rush. This attack is similar to Ike’s Side-B, but will always knock out opponent items. (Dragoon Pieces, Pokeballs, etc.)
Up B) Piledriver Jump: Lunges upward at an angle, both arms outstretched. If he makes contact with an opponent, he’ll grab them around the waist, spin them to face head-downward,and plummet with them, slamming them into the ground.
Down B) Tentacle Whip: Skull Kid’s arms turn into tentacles, which stretch outwards. If they make contact with an opponent, an electrical current surges through the tentacles and shocks the opponent. If they don’t make immediate contact, the tentacle-arms can be swung about like Shiek’s chain.

Grabs/Throws
Grab) Skull Kid’s arms turn into tentacles and lunge outwards to grab the opponent.
Grab Attack) Electrocution: Just that.
Up Throw) Vertical Throw: Tosses the opponent upwards.
Forward Throw) Controlled Throw: Makes the opponent float in front of him, while his arms return to normal. He then can throw the opponent in any direction while moving around, like DK’s Forward Throw.
Back Throw) Toss-Off: Electrocutes the opponent, then slams them into the ground behind him.
Down Throw) Stomp: Throws the opponent below him while his arms return to normal. He then jumps up and down on the opponent and pushes off and back up.

Taunts
Up: Looks down at his hand and makes a fist.
Side: Catches Tael in mid-air, then playfully juggles him while giggling.
Down: Laughs menacingly.

Victory Poses
1. Same as Down Taunt.
2. Plays a little ditty on his flute.
3. Turns his arms into tentacles, then whips them around above his head.

Final Smash: Final Day
Skull Kid jumps to the middle of the stage, then screams and holds up his arms. A small purple aura appears around his hands and the whole screen starts shaking. The Moon from Majora’s Mask slowly falls from the top of the screen, eventually hitting the stage. Anyone who touches the Moon or the shockwave it creates will take an instant 200% and more than likely be KOed. However, this can be avoided by sticking to the top-right or top-left of the screen.
