Warp is a part-time college student, unemployed, poor and spends his days playing freeware games and visual novels.

He also happens to have a girlfriend.

Something is seriously messed up here.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

If it's because he's you, then no, because it means you've gotten way farther than the vast majority of this board.

I believe his alias is Mew2King. He's a professional smasher.

I don't much care for the professional smash community because it's filled with butthurt nerds and the like.

True gamers strive to pwn at all games.
So people who focus on a single game and hold a world record or records in said game aren't true gamers? (No, I'm not referring to myself, because I work to pwn at everything, though I did at one point hold multiple records in Irukandji.)

Why am I not surprised you're interested in competitive Smash Bros?

And really, Meta Knight? That makes him the Smash equivalent of Daigo honestly.

It wasn't a funny comeback; he hit my sorest point and I flew into unbridled rage. "Cheapness" does NOT exist. It is purely the invention of the weak mind, of the scrub, of the n00b. You can use any character you want, as much as you want. You can use any move you want, as much as you want. If you can't beat a tactic, that's your problem. Learn to beat it, get better. It's not the game's fault. If literally no one can beat a tactic, well then you may have a poorly designed game on your hands. Is Street Fighter that game? Definitely not. Neither is Smash.

The second-weirdest thing is that Wiggles played the cheap card on the use of Ryu, the most basic and standard possible character and, in fact, the foundation of fighting game moveset history. That's cheap!?

The weirdest thing is that someone apparently a big enough afficionado to own a Cammy thinks Cheapness exists.

[Regarding the edit, my post was not that bad by current TMK standards. It used the f-word once and said how dumb Wiggles was, etc. But I have long been held to a double-standard from newer members. People like Rao have made a career of posting virtually nothing but giant bold f-bombs and repeated nonsensical pictures in every thread and suffer no problems.]

I was excited to read Mr. Wiggles' total n00bly statements about Daigo because I instantly knew LD would destroy him about it, so I'm sad I didn't get to see the post.

But yeah, Lizard Dude knows what's up when it comes to the subject of Playing To Win and none of you fools should try to argue your way out of this one.
