Since there's so many cartoon characters, mabey you shouldn't make this a poll.

I didn't vote because Chris from Family Guy isn't on there. >_> How DARE you insult the Family Guy like that?! *Grumble*

Heh, just kidding. My second favorite character would have to be Patrick from Spongebob Squarepants.

Poll removed for extremely obvious reasons.

As for the question... I think I'ma go with Ralph WIggum from The Simpsons. He has about a 100% talk:laugh ratio. As in, whever he says ANYTHING, I laugh.

A shame that all cartoon characters can't be like that; however, by necessity, all cartoon characters can't be like that.

I didn't realize the poll was bad for this kinda topic. Sorry!

Quote from: The Poll Sticky
As a rule of thumb, if you can't make a poll with fewer than 10 options that less than a 1/3 of the anticipated respondees will select "other" to, don't make the poll.

It's ok, really, just that I'd assume that 10 different people can come up with 10 different cartoon characters, and I think the thread works better as an open discussion.

Captain Hero from Drawn Together. He's chavuanistic, bisexual and incredibly offensive, yet he fights for truth and justice. You gotta love him.

Ed from Ed, Edd n' Eddy. His non-sequiters and random references are great.

Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls. I dunno why, she just is. I guess because she's not a know it all (Blossom) or a jerk (Buttercup).

The Red Guy from Cow and Chicken. A butt nakes devil rolling around crossdressing and harrassing little kids is just hilarious to watch.

Ranting Swede from Sheep in the Big City. He rants about everything.

Sokka from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Poor guy is used as a punching bag and gets absolutely no respect.

Johnny Bravo from Johnny Bravo. Unfortunetly, he became incredibley dumb after the first 2 seasons.

Anyone from Family Guy.

Roger from American Dad. Everything he says = Comedy gold.

The Flash from Justice League Unlimited. Same reason as Roger.

Meh, I prefer the old one over the new one. Not that I'm trying to sound like Yoshi55 or anything, but the new cartoon isn't nearly as fun as the old cartoon to me. Oh, and if you want to see the old cartoon, they released Season 1 (with 4 lost episodes from the final season), season 2 and part of season 3 on DVD and the rest of season 3 is on the way to store shelves.

Any character that is/was comic relief for their respective cartoon is my favorite.. but here's a few just for reference (in no particular order)..

Cosmo from Fairly Odd Parents
Ron from Kim Possible
Cyborg from Teen Titans
Toad from the Super Mario Bros Super Show cartoons (whew! Long name!)
The entire cast of Pepper Ann from.. Pepper Ann
the entire cast of Reccess from Reccess (sp?)
the entire cast of Spongebob from. . . Spongebob -_-

.. and now some random quotes!

It's a planet? from Fairly Odd Parents (Timmy)
Cough up the beans! Eww, rephase please! from Kim Possible (Ron)
I won't be having any attitude from no boat! from Teen Titans (Cyborg)
* Toad  can't think of anything from the SMBSS!
Hey.. hey! from Pepper Ann (when Nicky was in detention, that kid leaned over and tried to talk to her)
What do you want me to do with these leftover beans? Put it in the freezer. It'll hold till September from Reccess (the lunch-ladies)
Squidward was always there for us whenever it was convenient for him! from Spongebob (Band Geeks episode)
Kinopio is the ultimate video game character! Who else can drive a kart, host parties, play tennis, give good advice and items, and is almost always happy??

I don't watch cartoons as much as I used too, but my one of my favorite characters is Iago from Aladdin. "Ya got a problem, Pinky?!"

Haha.  I gotta say, it was pretty funny when he whacked that flammingo.
But I would say my favorite cartoon is....Pikachu... :-)
Even though I don't like Poke'mon at all anymore, and Pikachu has changed for the worse in the series, he's still an awesome little yellow...dude.....
...and The Cheat is too.....
Maybe there is more to me than there is to me...

I really enjoy the classics.  I'm so thankful they've been preserved on Boomerang!

Now, for the list.

Ed, Edd, and Eddy (from the cartoon of the same name.):  These guys are hilarious. Especially when they mess up, which is pretty much every episode.  Plus, I love the nonsense that comes out of Ed's mouth.

Huey, Louie (spelling?) and Dewey (from Ducktales): These ducks were a great source of mischief in one of Disney's all-time greatest cartoons.

Sonic the Hedgehog: Either by game or cartoon, Sonic the Hedgehog is an icon, and one of my all-time favorites.

Mario: The man, the plumber, the legend.  Mario is the icon of videogaming, and he had three cartoons based off of the games.

Those are my top favorites.  I have a lot more, but I forgot most of them.
I always figured "Time to tip the scales" was Wario's everyday motto.
