So I went to www.myheritage.com and matched my senior pic against the celebrity database and my best match was Linus Torvalds (63%).

Pure awesomeness, LD! ^_^

Using several pictures, these celebrities matched up almost every time:
  • Renee Zellweger -- 67% max, 62.8% on average (she wasn't surprising)
  • Emma Watson -- 70% max, 62% on average

These showed up pretty often, too (percents averaged):
  • Angelina Jolie -- 70%
  • Brooke Shields -- 67.3%
  • Kirsten Dunst -- 66.3%
  • Preity Zinta -- 64%
  • Alizee -- 59.3%

I found this interesting, as well. Of the celebrities I matched up twice or more:
  • 81.6% were White
  • 7.9% were Asian
  • 7.9% were Indian
  • 2.6% were Hispanic

Fun stuff :D

It seems they only match one up with a limited amount of celebrities.  I don't think Sapphira looks like most of the people with which she was matched.

I can kind of see a Lizard Dude in Linus Torvalds.

Whenever people compare me to an actor, it's usually someone who looks nothing like me(except when we occasionally have matching hair color, depending on who the actor is).

I don't have any pictures of myself uploaded, so I just put a random picture of Billy Connolly in. (I downloaded some celeb pics after I found a funny program that puts people in radio ads... long story)

The pic didn't match anyone. XD

More people need to do this. It's awesome and definitely entertaining to do. XD
I am reminded of these topics:
Separated at birth?
Separated at birth? Part 2

More of those picture comparison-type-things should be made! ...And Kontek needs to not be dead. >_<;
I think it'd be interesting if anyone matches up in the Facial Recognition with those in their "Separated at birth" pics. I did! Well, with Zellweger, NOT Martha Stewart, MARKIO.

Those are 2 of my favorite topics ever.

Unfortunately, my firefox won't do this website, so I was forced to use IE. It's quite sad.

Haha, my mom got Louis Pasteur. It was a crummy picture though.

I find it a little funny that Asian people turned up often in my results...

I DO find #2 to be a good result, though. :P

That's because you're squinting in that one picture.

It was probably both. Also, your face is pretty tilted, Vid, which gives you less accurate results, so that might explain stuff.
Why did you need three images to post that? Just do the collage, like others did, if you want to show more than one of your results using one photograph. Not to mention you cut out the percentages of similarity. :/

With the J.D. Fortune clones pic, that seriously made me laugh and freak out. XD
Actually, in going through some of my pictures, I noticed the three of us looked kind of similar in that one, so I uploaded it to FR to see what would happen. I guess it agrees? XD

Because I had to do this whole thing in a different browser which was not cooperating with me. I'm not going to change it because I feel even though the results were funny, it was a waste of my time. :D
