To Warp's highly competent list, I will add
Ico
Persona 3 FES
Rez
Rogue Galaxy
Zone of the Enders
That was a joke.

You may also be into Okami, if you're the Legend of Zelda type and haven't played it on Wii yet. You're an artist, right? You'd probably enjoy the game even more than I did.

I saw Sly Cooper for $10 at Best Buy.  Is that a really good game?

Yes, that one will keep you busy and it's very fun (get the sequels, too).

I kinda like Final Fantasy X more than Final Fantasy XII. Also, I was not a fan of Rogue Galaxy. Shadow of the Colossus is indeed very excellent, to help bring proof to WarpRattler's list.

Haven't seen it myself, but from friends' accounts, FFX has the most underwhelming boss ever. I should probably finish it, but it's not really high on my list.
FFXII, on the other hand, I beat and loved all the way through.
That was a joke.

FFXII is kind of an odd Final Fantasy game, since most games in the series are partly loved so much because of their stories and characters, but I'm really bored by FFXII's story. Its gameplay is alright though, even though it really doesn't feel like a traditional RPG.

That's something my same friend and I discuss sometimes: The lack of people who appreciate FFXII's totally coherent story. I was amazed by how much sense it made, and didn't have a ton of random stuff happening to you for no apparent reason. This is a plus in my book.
That was a joke.

I suppose I've just grown used to Final Fantasy stories that shovel random crap onto you all the time. I mean, yeah, FFXII is pretty coherent so far, but I think I enjoy beloved characters dying randomly, finding out all of one's memories are wrong, and crazy unexpected deceitfulness.

And when it happens in games.

I already know the general reason behind this, but would someone kindly explain it anyway?

Hey LD, I may not be that funny, but at least my insults aren't riddled with compression artifacts.
