I've unlocked all the characters except Ness. How do I unlock him?

beat classic mode on normal with three live, without using a continue. Then fight him, he's all yours!

You can also do hard with 4 lives and very hard with 5 lives.

and very very easy with 0
and very very easy with -1 lives. That's the hardest one.

Hm. I thought it was Hard mode with 3 lives no continues. Eh, try the other way first, and it that doesn't work, lower it one life.

I Unlocked him about a week or so ago. Did it by doing normal difficulty w/ 3 lives and no continues.
