It's supposed to be a fun little thing. It's kind of like a reward(well, besides being "banned" XD). What you say reflects upon your CT. Heh, look at me, I was messing around saying I wanted a fancy CT like the belt. I got WWE CHAMPION ;D. I actually wasn't expecting that, though.
Another thing is, is that you never know who gave you it(mostly). You could ask, but you probrobly won't get an answer. I remember the one I got that was "the antidite that gets me by". That was a good joke... Deezer told me that it was a song. But, notice the grammar when somebody gets you a CT. Luigison sometimes doesn't use correct grammar, so it could have very well been him.
But if you know an admin well enough and made friends with them, they'd probrobly give you a CT of your choice if you asked. Well, that's would I would think.
