Anime is only good in very very small quantities. And I'm sick of the way people mispronounce it. It's a Japanese word. People use American inflection on it... and it sounds ugly. I don't really know why I posted that here... It was just on my mind.

Eeh hee hee hee heeeee!
That was a joke.

What's this so-called "American infliction" ?

Aih-ni.em (rhymes with mime)?

Weekly Frostbite Quote #6:

(Family is at dinner watching TV)

Dan: That guy kind of looks like Bill Gates.
Mike: His name is Richard, so that would be Bill.
Dan: No--
Melissa: No, that’s Robert!
Dan: It’s William, you idiot!
Melissa: Oh.
Dan: Gotta write that down. (exits to family room and computer)

What is up with that?
Anyway... What kinda pronunciation thing was that, frostbite? That didn't make any sense at all.
A typical American person says "Aa-na-may," which is incorrect... it's supposed to be "Ah-nee-meh." That's what I was talking about. Anyway...

Eeh hee hee hee heeeee!
That was a joke.

Anyway, my main point was that the actual syllable is "me", which is not "may", but "meh" sort of... only a little more like "may" than "meh."
