What do you mean, "games that you wouldn't really expect him in"? There are several lists on the web specifically stating what games Luigi is and isn't in.

« Reply #2 on: October 27, 2007, 08:26:49 PM »
Yeah dude, Luigi isn't in Super Mario Sunshine. I mean, it's not one way or the other, he's either in the game or he isn't.

Now if you mean "find games you didn't think he'd be in but is anyway," then I didn't expect to see him in Mario DS, but he was in it regardless.

Me: Why?

He's in the games he is. He's not in the games he isn't. Line is drawn there. No Luigi in Sunshine, no Luigi in 64.

I didn't really expect to find Luigi in Super Mario 64, but I did!

I can't link a YouTube of how it is found since YouTube is down right now but here is a screenshot.

Luigi is in every Mario game that Mario is in. Just not officially and legally.

Hey, I actually saw a video of someone playing as a "fake" Luigi in SM64. It seems to have been Mario, but the sprite is Luigi. It's like when you put in the code to play as Peach or Yoshi; you play Mario, but it shows them. It has Mario's voice too. The link is down now, but that one actually looked like Luigi. This is just Mario with Luigi's clothes.
The Mario series is the best! It has every genre in video games but RTS'! It also has a plumber who does different roles, a princess, and a lot of odd creatures who don't seem to poop!

Anyway, Mario is not a sprite in SM64.
That was a joke.

  Wait a sec. 175 stars I only remember 120.

Dude, it's a hack. If you hack into the game, you can jack up the star counter to make it say something higher than 120.

Actually, my emulator automatically sets the stars to 175 due to a glitch with saved games. Super Mario 64.v64 and Super Mario 64 ext.v64 are set to have 175 stars in FiIe A.

No, I mean Mario is not a sprite. He's a 3D model. The steelys and Bob-ombs' bodies are sprites.
That was a joke.
