I love Paper Mario.

-The character design is . . .perfect.  Its like the guys who drew up the characters for Yoshi's Island went and tackled the whole Mushroom Kingdom.  I especially like the little war-shrooms.  You know, those mushroom guys wearing the little shawl/cape thing and are holding a spear.  Its about time the Mushroom kingdom gets some armed guards!

-The game plays like a hybrid between Mario RPG and the classic Mario sidescrollers of old.  Gotta love that.

-Has that "classic Mario-ness" that is impossible to describe, but has been missing from the Mario games recently.

-More than a few allusions and references to Yoshi's Island. :D

Yeah, I guess you could say I love Paper Mario.

Lava Pirhana rules!

Runners up:  Tutankoopa, Koopa Bros. and Tubba Blubba.  I love the whole Boo Mansion, ghost town, wind-mill bit.  Favorite part of the game.  (though I haven't played through the whole game, because I STILL don't own it).

My point is, Waluigi has not played a role in a Mario adventure title.  Something Donkey Kong Jr., the Koopa Kids, and Kamek have all done.  And I think until its confirmed that Waluigi is playing a role in a Mario adventure, he should be kept out of the profiles.
