Itemless, FP-less, Damageless, 18 BP used (not including Peekaboo).  Since no HP is gained or lost in the strategy, it's doable at level 5 and up so long as you start the battle with 1 HP.  I can't imagine I'll ever come up with a better strategy than this to beat the Anti-Guys Unit, that's for sure.

Not bad. I'd probably try to attempt something along the lines of that, but I sucked at dodging in the original Paper Mario, overall. That, and I ended up losing the cartridge.

It's a good strategy, too, Exploiting the use of the Star Spirits seriously comes in handy at times. Good job.
