I know just about all of us here have had an NES or still have it. My question to you is: "Which NON Mario game do you like the best for NES?" My fav. is River City Ransom. That game is so funny. If you dont know what River City Ransom was and feel like taking a chance i host the game and the emulator at my site http://www.geocities.com/ness_shady2001/Emu.html i suggest you try RCR it will keep you glued to the screen no matter how many times you beat it. Anybody else got a favorite NES game?

That's a tough one.  I suppose "Mega Man 3"  "Legend of Kage 2" and "Altered Beast" are pretty close.  There were o lot of great games for that old system, even if you don't include "Mario."

Funnily enough I only have four games for my NES and they're all Mario (SMB, SMB2, SMB3 and Dr.Mario).

But before we got this NES several years back we borrowed this other guys NES with a boxfull of games. I played Gremlins 2 and Fester's Quest most of all. I should probably say Zelda or something, but to be honest I've not played the originals very much.

The best, the beautiful, the only. . . Super Mario Bros. 3.

I remember Ducktales was pretty bad ass too.  Anybody ever play it?

Oh, I thought it had to be a non-"Mario" game.  For "Mario":

1. "Super Mario Bros. 3"
2. "Super Mario Bros."
3. "Super Mario Bros. 2: The Dream Machine"
