Maybe, but I'd prefer it happened via people modifying old words for brevity's sake and creating new words to describe new things, not people repeatedly using a word to mean the exact opposite because they're friggin' idiots (See also: "I could care less").

Rest assured, I shant! But yeah, it was as one of several short examples of the offer/acceptance combo. Basically, if someone says in an ad/other general forum that they'll pay a specific amount of money to a person for a specific act -- and a "reasonable person" would believe they mean it -- then they're legally bound to that agreement, rare exceptions aside.

DS, but I miss the unique items and tag-team mechanic from Double Dash. Also, I believe I'm on record as saying that I legitimately enjoyed the bikes, tricks, and control system in MKWii, but the item insanity had reached critical levels at that point.
