My first console was the SNES back when I was 1996 when I was 5, although by then it was dead. About two years later we got a PS1, followed by my sister getting an N64. In '01, after selling the PS1, SNES and N64, we got a PS2, and in '03 we got a GameCube. And in 2007, I recieved a Wii. In 2013 I got a used PS4 (it was about seven dollars), but by then the Nintendo BrainSphere was all the rage and controlling games with your hands was considered "old". I got an Xbox Infinity in 2019, but the next year the alien overlords banned video games, so there.

Well, I sold the PS1 because the PS2 is backward-compatible (I've still got a whole bunch of PS1 memory cards with my game saves), and the SNES and N64 because I needed the money. I'm probably going to sell the GameCube but keep the games now that I've got a Wii.

I thought about selling my GCN, but I'm not sure how much money I'd get from it. I just put it back in its box.

They'll be unbanned at some point, though. The PS9 will be released in 2045.
