As soon as I find the cord, I'll scan the new version and post it on teh interwebz. Until then...



EDIT: I haven't found the cord yet, so I had my father scan it, and he went through and messed with a bit of it (which is why some of those blue lines are missing).



Yes, I do know what "percolate" means. I have chosen to ignore that meaning.
