Mario Chat / Re: The mysterious flagpole
« on: July 03, 2000, 02:29:07 PM »
I jumped the flag pole in 3-3 before.  But how I did it was kinda funny, I was running out of time because I was taking my sweet time, well the music began to speed up and I began freaking out, when I got to the platform I almost fell and when I ran and jumped I barely made it over the pole.

It would be nice to have a 2D Mario game that would later have a long 3D ending :)

Mario Chat / Re: Game Boy
« on: June 16, 2000, 06:45:04 AM »
Neo-Geo Pocket Color was a great handheld.  Bad marketing and Game Boy's almost 11 year resume are the things that killed it.  How can anyone honestly expect to top Game Boy?

I like all of the Mario games, but the two that truly intrigued me the most are SMB2 Jap and SMB2 Usa

Mario Chat / Re: New Mario Movie
« on: June 08, 2000, 04:08:31 PM »
If I had the time and Hard Drive space I would make a bunch of Mario Movies in .gif format.  But I seriously doubt there will be a new Mario Movie within the next 2 or 3 years.  After that who knows? :)

I doubt Square will be coming back any time within the next two years, but maybe in the later future.  Hopefuly if they do they will actually make a decent sequel to SMRPG

With any luck, all NES Mario & Zelda games will be converted to GBC or GBA :)

Mario Chat / Re: Crazy Mario Fans Click Here
« on: June 08, 2000, 03:57:47 PM »
I've played games with Mario in it (first game was DK) ever since I was 4 or 5, and now I'm 18.  So that's about 14 years!  I think that qualifies me to be a Mario Fan/Freak :)

You can actually use any size .gif file, but it gets shrunk down close to those dimensions I posted.

Hey Deezer, in case your interested you can also make a special icon for those using a WebTV Viewer ( http://developer.webtv.net ) or WebTV Terminal.  Just make a small gif file with the pixel area of about 71W x 52H
and type the atribute logo="File.gif" into your body tag.  I may be boring you guys, but I thought it was kinda neat.
