The Great Giana Sisters?

Is anyone else familiar with this game? Apparently, it was quite a classic on the C64, but it was so similar to Mario Bros. that Nintendo went after the company that produced it and put production to an end.
(In fact, I once saw a hack of this game that had the Giana sisters replaced with Mario and Luigi.)
I suppose it isn't too bad, as far as cheap remakes of high-quality games go.

I seen it before.  Is there anything about it on this site?  If not I think it should be added since it is basicly a SMB clone.

There WAS (emphisized) such a game. Nintendo did put an end to production. Some C64 emulation sites, including Classicgameing have rare copies to download and play. Commodore called it Super Maro Brothers for a period of time, and it had Mario for the one player but I am not sure if it had Luigi in it or not.
