I seem to be having trouble getting the gold frame for Sir Weston, the ice ghost in Luigi's Mansion. Iv'e done it once, but I can't seem to do it again. Any pointers/tips?

The problem is the fact that the floor is made of ice and the ghost breaks the vacuum connection when I get his health down to between 40 20 points...

Is there a way to pull him in faster?

Turning the C-stick in circles helps.

See, what I did was that I tapped the C-stick back and forth very fast... but is that faster than spinning it in circles?
