Well, he made a contribution to the thread.  Wasn't a big one, but it's better than starting a clone thread.

I think we really need to make the "No one has posted in this thread for 120 days" a little larger. No one seems to notice the message, especially the new people.

That warning is not a rule. This is the only rule:
Quote from: Deezer
No bumping for the sake of bumping. Bumping is posting in an inactive thread for the sole purpose of moving it to the top of the list.
I agree with Kojinka. She said what I would have said.
Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

Man, all this complaining about bumped topics is becoming more annoying than the bumping itself.

Amen. I'd like to see a rule, "no responding to ignorantly bumped topics for the sake of informing the igonramus they're doing something wrong".

Besides, I'm glad for the bump. A while ago I was going to make a SSB Break the Targets thread, since I was proud of my Fox time, but I thought it would be kind of pointless. Now I don't have to.

Okay then, I'll just stop complaining about bumped topics. I mean, it's really no big deal, and my complaing doesn't seem to help much. Sorry to goodie, sorry to Max, sorry to Kimimaru, sorry to bobman.

Do any of these records have proof?
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

13 seconds dude. Everyone else has said something around 30 seconds.

EDIT: I just tried for 13 seconds on Marth's stage. I couldn't even get past target three.

In all this time, did nobody notice Black Mage's bogus records?

SSBB should have a new challenge: Break the Platforms or Board the Targets!

A character would be thrown into an obstacle course (just like the current BtT), but instead of attacking to break them, you simply walk across them. The platforms crumble slowly, depending on the weight of the character that stands on them (so Bowser's would crumble pretty quickly, and Jigglypuff's would only crumble a little bit, possibly not even breaking at all..), and there are only 8 or 10 (the same amount as in SSB).

Better yet, have a game where have to both board platforms and break targets.

I don't have proof. I have the game and save file but no camera...
Either way, compared to a real pro's record, that's nothing,
here's a video of a guy who did it in 8.95
