He got slightly ****ed (Could've been joking) when my friend accidentally used "she" in reference to him. He doesn't mind us using "xe", though.

Relevant-ish
I...huh?

That's some sage advice, Markio. I'll keep that in mind.

In other news, a transsexual (and pansexual) person I know is potentially being sent to one of those places that "fix" your sexual orientation. His (This person is biologically female, but identifies as male, and wishes to get a sex change when he's older.) mom has basically disowned him, is always yelling at him for his gender identity and sexual orientation, and, in the word of my friend, was sent to a "doctor" who was trying to say, in short, "Hey. You're a girl. Start acting like it." It makes me extremely angry to see someone who can't even appreciate the flesh and blood they spent hours giving birth to just because of they might like someone of their own sex, or doesn't feel like they're really a boy/girl.

I dunno. I'm not sure what they're useful for. 'Cept to get a job, but I have absolutely no plan for my future whatsoever and I predict that I'll be stuck living in some cramped lonely apartment until I'm in my mid-thirties due to, again, no plan for the future. I suppose I have the grades to get into college...maybe...but I just...have no idea where to go from there.

Gay marriage is legal in Maine, Maryland, and now Washington.

Washington, as well as Colerado, has also voted to legalize pot.

Nice one, America. Keep on truckin'.

A Pansexual representative? In Texas?

The increasing legalization of gay marriage, as well as the increase in pansexual/gay senators, makes me genuinely feel like we're moving forward. It's interesting to look at how attitudes on sexuality have changed since the last decade. (I don't just mean those old posts from '04.) Good going.

Cross, don't worry. I'm sure Fox News is working on their article about how the Evil Secular Socialist Liberal Agenda™ got gay marriage legal in more states already.

Obama winning is nice, but doesn't surprise me.

Washington and Colorado legalizing marijuana surprises me greatly, however.

Gay marriage is legal in Maine and Maryland, now, too!

EDIT: And don't forget Washington.

My brother has a GameCube but is constantly playing my Wii, so I'll just sell the GameCube and give him the Wii after transferring the data from the Wii to the Wii-U. I'm killing a crapload of birds with one stone!

A lot of conservatives who were calling Romney a RINO during the primaries support him now, which I suspect is for precisely that reason.

Might wanna change the topic title, man.

Anyways, I find it kinda funny how I live in a red state, but all the adults I know are either voting for Obama or aren't voting.
