I'd get a
1. Yoshi Egg
2.? block to put something in
3. Super Shroom
4. Fire Flower or
5. a ! switch that I could use to open/close my door.
I didn't say 1UP mushroom because I hate the thought of eternal life on earth. I know, that would only stop me from dying once, but then you have to wait until the next time.
But stay away from the Kerokero Cola. Notice that there's also a Kero Sewers.

And if this has already been made, show me a link to the original and close this one.

I'd either get a Life Shroom to revive myself and freak people out after I die, or a regular mushroom to turn really tall and smash brick walls with my head. Plus, I'd be on a, like, totally rad and gnarly and groovy acid trip.
