How about Thwimps? Lately it seems the focus has been on making giant versions of Mario enemies, but I loved those wacky Thwimps.

Ostros? Yeah, them and a bunch of other stuff from that game would be great. Someone suggested having SMRPG2 involve Sarasaland and (I think) Sub-Con, which would be beyond awesome.
