Of course not! Try any "cards" you might have on the door slot. If you're still stuck, check the outside of Rod's casino for clues.

Oh, duh. *headdesk*

Ya, 4th fight's proving to be... not conceivable to beat with my bad reflexes. I'm really impressed with the scripting you did with this game, though. Seriously, in making my game, I was having a difficult time changing Manny's stationary view when his health dipped below 20. I can't see myself being able to do the things you did, at least not in AGS.

This is seriously making me want to try and finish off my game, though.

Well, I didn't want to make the game TOO easy. To tell you the truth, I ended up modifying the fourth fight after I was done because the CascadeBomb attack was nearly impossible to dodge, even if you remembered the sequence. Even now, I die more than half the time fighting those guys. I always found Superstar Saga to be too easy, so I've been making things tougher over here.

I'm currently working on the fifth boss fight, the one in the western side of town. I'd say it'll probably be of equal difficulty to the fourth one. Really, though, I'd say the only way to win these is through trial and error. Which usually means dying about 50 times first to learn how to dodge their attacks.

BTW, after the fifth boss fight, Manny is actually going to be of some use. I won't say how, though...

I had imagined Manny would have a use once you got $10k.

Anyways, there's a few things I should note about the game. Odd behaviors and such. Not sure if you've addressed these or not, because I haven't tested any of them. There in hyper small text below, to prevent spoiling things.

1) In the Baron's Arms shop, the "B" card doesn't do anything if you show it to the dealer. Also, if you show the "C" card to the arms dealer, end the conversation, and attempt the "talk" command again, the arms dealer blows your head off. Which doesn't seem to make sense -- you've shown the card and not left the room, so I'd assume the arms dealer remembers that you're still "legit."
2) In the ice prison thing or whatever, after Phil gets capped, you can go back to the initial cell and Phil will be back there, not capped. This also still happens after you defeat Mimix, so that explanation doesn't work, either.
3) If you play the Three Card Mush game enough (about 270 times, if you use "optimal" strategy), you can get the $10k right after beating Regulus. I don't think you're supposed to be able to get this money that early in the game. Also, when I ran through the game, I dropped down to $400 dollars in Three Card Mush even using optimal strategy. What happens if you run out of money? I'd imagine there's people who'd play it who wouldn't use optimal strategy and would eventually run out of money.

I was never good at dodging in SS. I'd just use battle strategies and level up a bit more to compensate. Course, you can't level up on your own in this game, so you have to learn to dodge well to advance.
