Hmm this has nothing to do with Mario but another game called EverQuest. anyone hear of it? Yes a successful online RPG. Well, can anyone define Consumer Fraud please?
1. I bought this game in 1999.
2. I got banned.
3. I went out bought another one and was until I got banned for mis-behaving.
4. I bought another account, got mouthed off at and mouthed off back and got banned.
5. So I went out bought another one and CHANGED server's to avoid the people who kept getting me banned.
6. I work my butt off very hard in-game to get good stuff etc.
7. Today I get banned.
OH WAIT! I forgot to mention I was told any other account's after my 3rd banned would be banned too, my 4th was not banned until I got in trouble. Now, getting banned, then having to go buy another one for a number isn't that consumer fraud?
